  The CS2 products activation server is no longer available, so we provide a new configuration file and a generic serial for CS2 products number that doesn't require registration. Please refer to the following article for more information on this.

  Did you register with Adobe?  Installation is not enough.

  If the installation and the initial launch did you invite not to do, you can just add it yourself by typing the serial number in your account page yourself.

  2. you are using the trial version? If Yes, then you must purchase the product.

  However, you can try to Uninstall and reinstall the same program and check if that helps.
