Recently registered a product and it does not appear in my account. About how long usually does to present?
I need my serial number of the LR5 on my desk so that I can install it on my laptop. I just signed up there (about 30 minutes ago) and it does not appear on my Adobe account. No idea how long it should take? Or are there other ways to get my serial number?

I saw the Adobe ID (email address) you used to post here and can see that you have a plan of creative photography of cloud are recorded.
Please make sure you use the same Adobe ID (email address) that you used to purchase the subscription to connect to the Web site.
Adobe trial and purchased applications are the same, you can download the application once installed, creative cloud it invites you to connect, use the following link: Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps | Adobe Creative Cloud free trial
Once logged in go to APP and tab install CC 2015 Photoshop and Lightroom CC 2015 from there.
* NOTE: Please make sure that your firewall of your computer or security software firewall does not block Adobe, if you are not sure of it then just turn off the firewall for awhile disconnect you and you connect on the creative application of cloud and check.

If it is a new machine call or go to circuit city and get them fixed. If they sold you the laptop, indicating that it included Windows XP then the onus is on them that provide you a valid COA and the product key.

I've upgraded to 2015 CC Photoshop today. However, the quick selection tools and brush do not appear in a circular/round shape. I tried to use the support key to enlarge to see if it carries the form circle/round in sight, but it does not work. All I get is a focus. Can anyone help with this please. Thank you.

AM and pm do not appear when I put the time as "hh: mm tt" or "SS tt" on Windows 7
Hi. I recently installed Windows 7 and everything is ok, but I can't set the time, like I always do.
You do know that Windows has the set time as "Hh: mm" (a short) and "HH" (a long) by default. I love the 12-hour format, and I always change... But on Windows 7, I put it as "hh: mm tt" and 'SS tt' and 'h' and 'h' do not appear (example: it looks like this--> "07:23" when it is 19:23). Windows is not return an error when I put like that (if I write to you, for example, "hh: mm tt" return returns an error).
I think it is a bug of Microsoft... any ideas? If I'm right, how can I report this to the company?

By default, Windows 7 displays the time in 24-hour format, so if you want to get the AM/PM symbols, then proceed as follows:
1. click on start, type intl.cpl and press ENTER, then the region and language dialog box appears.
2 here, click the additional settingsbutton that loads the Custom Format window.
3 now click on the timetab in this window and set the long and short time of hh hh: mm tt.
4. click on the apply button and your system clock displays now AM or PM (if it is applicable at the time).Kind regards

Most of the property windows and workspaces do not appear
Just installed Captivate 5 on Mac 10.6.4, but most of the property windows and workspaces do not appear.
With only the skin editor and view of connection, I was able to properly record a demo of very simple software. After watching a few tutorials, I realized that there is more to this product that I see. Nothing appears when I try to choose a workspace, display the Filmstrip window, etc. Help?

It seems that the preferences of the Captivate has been corrupted. Can you try to delete the preferences for the following location?
Location of preferences: /Users/ [username] / Library/Preferences
In this folder, a folder named Adobe Captivate 5 must be present. You can go ahead and delete it.
Try launching Captivate after deleting this file. Hope it works!
