My Steam client collapses 24/7. Help.
Hello.
Recently, my Steam client started crashing on my PC every 10 minutes, or, I don't know why this is and it's REALLY annoying.
I don't think the game I play now has something to do with it, since it's my Steam that hangs and not the game.
I already asked the Steam support about this, but I am not getting any help so I thought I could ask here instead.
I don't know why my Steam collapses, but when that happens, there is a message that appears. "Steam Client bootstrapper does not" or something like that.
As I said before, this happens every 10 minutes, or it does not matter if I am ingame or simply in the library or the steam store, the customer always crashes.
I tried to put Steam mode compatibility or whatever it is called and I also tried to put "top" priority in the Task Manager, but it still crashes.
I doubt it is a virus or something like that, I have 2 programs antivirus and CCleaner on 24/7 If this isn't the case here.
I appriciate some help with this, steam of support are not very useful, I hope that someone will be.

Layer of Photoshop Elements 7 record didn't collapse. Need help!

Recently, I bought an online catalog, is .psd format and I assumed that everything is covered in the layer that is editable.
I downloaded not by then, and most of the contents are under folder. Others work very well, I saw in the internet tutorial that to just double-click on it and they will show a fall to the bottom of the box.

Photoshop elements normally does not allow users to open, close, or edit groups of layers (layer sets), which are usually made in the full version of photoshop (cs6 or cc2014)
If you notice the pencil with slash icon to the right of the folder name in the layers Panel means that this group of layers is not editable in pse 7.
If you want to change layer groups, you can use this action to be completed on the village of elements:
Open layer sets in PSE7 - elements Village

My version of Windows is up-to-date. I have no problem hardware or exceptional driver. I tried to temporarily disable my antivirus to complete the installation, this does not solve the problem. This error is primarily caused by a lack of permissions for the user, having the Steam.exe file attributes set to 'Read only', or by another program interferes with the installation of Steam process (if the steam client application has been updated to a version that was not included in your package of Steam, Steam will download a new copy of itself and then delete the old file Steam.exe except when another program interferes).
1. check your Windows user permissions.
Please ensure that you are logged on as administrator on the computer that you use to install Steam.
2. check the file attributes
3. right click on the file Steam.exe, which was created after running the Steam Installer, and then select Properties
4 uncheck the read-only box if it is checked and hit apply before closing the window
5. try running the Steam.exe file once more
6. check the settings of your security software
If you are running an antivirus, firewall or any product safety program that may interfere with the removal and replacement of the file Steam.exe (some security software will check information of a file whenever it is changed and block the automatic replacement of files) Please check your settings for the program and ensure that you are prompted to authorize activities that may trigger the security software.
Remove spyware, Adware and virus software and try to run the installation again.

Reinstalled Windows 7 64 on the new SSD hard drive. Steam downloaded and worked well. Even ran a Steam game. I then updated Windows software. Now the steam does not work. I get an exception error. I vpn in my 506th pix and I have ver.4.0.1 software vpn client installed on the other pc (on the outside). In the firewall, there are two types of vpn; VPN site to site and remote vpn access. We use vpn for remote access to allow the vpn client to access our server right?
This is all new to me and could you give an example how to configure vpn inside my firewall in CLI or PDM command and how to configure the software vpn client.

With VPN Client, that the VPN Client can access the VPN Client LAN host/local machine, not host from the local network to business as customer VPN is not designed for access from the local company network, but to the local corporate network.
