  I hope it helps someone as it has been a persistent problem for some time at least six months. I did the research almost as long and also a solution for this, but I'm done here as a last resort. My question to had is that I believe that this occurs at the start of most of the time with the system, but can occur later also is originally the system will block also up and we have four other systems here that this was never a problem at all. I'm still looking and I hope to find an answer somewhere with out having to do a complete clean reinstall 7.   Try to edit listener.ora by:
  (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP) (HOST = HOST_NAME_OF_YOUR_DATABASE_MACHINE/OR TRY USING THE IP ADDRESS OF THE DATABASE SERVER MACHINE)(PORT=1521))
  Just try to edit HOST = value line above. You must use HOST_NAME_OF_YOUR_DATABASE_MACHINE or IP OF the DATABASE SERVER MACHINE.

  Host name can be obtained by the hostname command on the database server.

  With localhost, no one can connect to the database remotely.

  Please try with it:

  I recommend you to change the value "localhost" to the hostname of the server.
  Also try to ping the server name, example: ping serveroracle.com

  Once the execute the alter system command, try again, please I hope your comments.

  Thanks for the return of the response.  Regarding your last question, some were told that they have ignored this error without any problem, but I would like to see if we can fix that.  If you start in a clean boot state, you can reproduce this error?  I want to see if a program is causing this to happen.

  For some time now, I have random BSOD with the following error code: 0 x 00000116 whenever I'm in a game.
  I tried to update the video drivers, rolling back to an older version of the driver, even reinstall windows and without having to install anything else except the video driver (without windows updates) I went and started a game(APB:Reloaded) one played for a while and he always gave me this JUDGMENT. I'm out of ideas.
  The machine that I use windows with is an Ace Aspire 5750 G laptop.
  The specifications are the following:
  Intel i5 - 2410 m with Intel HD 3000 (time, 83 all in game).
  NVIDIA GT540m (time, 76 while gaming),

  Unfortunately I'm not surprised at all symptoms you described.

  As I said above:

  My main concern is that the material side of the issue is rooted in the video to verify that
  as much as you can. And of course it can still be heat related.

  Do not forget to ask in the Nvidia Forums (and support) to see if others have the same
  sort of problems with this video card.

  I am new to this forum and sorry for the mistakes

  I have two site, a vcenter-hq (HQ) and another vcenter-dr (disaster).

  I use SRM, almost everything works fine except one thing.

  When I try the vcenter-TA to execute the recovery plan I get error (recovery rest also works very well):

  'Run stimulus plan' failed with the following error message.

  An error has occurred during serialization server response (s).' faultDetail: 'null '.

  However, vcenter-Dominican Republic to vcenter-hq it works fine

  reinstalling the recovery helped Sire Manager!
