my Tablet starts, but then the Tablet freezes

I can connect, but once on the Tablet, the screen freezes and the screen cannot slide upward or downward, to connect.   I'm terrified I'll permanently closed out!, any solution? I have the HP Omni 10 Tablet. I bought the 1st June. Donna

I understand that you are having problems with your Tablet 10 Omni gel on the login screen.

It seems that the touch screen is not responding. Try to use the built in recovery by pressing the button + Volume and the Power button at the same time to turn on the tablet. This you should get a blue screen which you can navigate and perform a system restore. Recovering the system will return the tablet to its original factory condition.
