My Vista won't stop finish the session.

I logged on my Inspiron laptop last night for my wife to access his account via Task Manager, because I had opened, and the screen came into fashion "logout" and never stopped. I manually shut down the computer with the power button and when I turned it back on it went just in mode without end "logout". Tried to use the OS disk to start but after everthing I do (System Restore, repair, diagnosis, etc.) whenever Vista starts I'm back to the screen "logout".

Is there a way to get into one of our accounts and bypassing this infernal "logout".

Don't forget I can't access anything whatever, just start and directly in the screen "LOGGING OFF", not even a cursor to move.

Help, please.

Hello

Were there any changes (hardware or software) to the computer before the show?

Start the computer in safe mode and check if the problem persists, if the question does not persist then perform the clean boot and check if the problem resolves.

Step 1: Safe mode starts Windows with a limited set of files and drivers. Startup programs do not work in safe mode, and only the basic drivers needed to start Windows are installed.

Start your computer in SafeMode (Windows Vista)

Step 2: To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows Vista by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

Note: follow step 7 to reset the computer to start as usual after the boot process.

How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

Hope this information helps.

  • Order of port re-auth authentication and switch / stop of the session

    Hi all

We are implementing an ISE (1,4) and met regarded questions on the agenda of the authentication and a stop of the session after posture in line. We got mab, dot1x as authentication order (priority of authentication is set to dot1x, mab). We have configured a reauthentication in the ports of the switch. Windows uses begging all-connect NAM (see 4.2) to dot1x and posture. During the re-authentication, either all-connecting NAM or switch does not start an eapol start and switch allows the session to the MAB, where - as when seen dot1x and mab authentication switch order generates eapol start. The switches are 3750 (15.0 (2) SE8).

Any possibility we could force the switch/NAM agent sent an eapol start during re-auth?

Regarding the posture, posture once conform for an endpoint (after dot1x authentication passes) following a judgment of the ISE manual session for an endpoint, switch creates a new session in ISE changes and switch the State of the unknown port to posture. Posture ise AC client still shows status of complaint of posture in the endpoint. It seems do not know about the stop of the session. During NAM endpoint agent session performs a re-auth component however posture remains unchanged "in line".

Does anyone have experience this problem?.

  • Vista won't start after the last update of Silverlight - restarts constantly

I installed the latest version of Silverlight from Microsoft Update, July 21.  There are 2 updates, but the other would not move.  My computer worked nomally and later when I stopped it, I got the "Configuring updates... do not turn off your computer" message.  It seemed to take a while, so I went to bed and the next morning, I saw that the computer had finally stopped.  I started it and I got the message "configuration updates stage 3 of 3." 0% complete.  Do not turn off your computer. "After anywhere from 10 seconds to a few minutes, it restarts.  She's constantly - he keeps just reboot and it displays the updates configuration message.  In the System Recovery Options, Startup Repair indicates that everything is OK.  "System Restore" to go to the restore point previous does not work.  What can I do?  The only other option and restore utility is all erase and install the drive from the factory.

I have Windows Vista, the latest service pack and updates.  I have F-Secure anti virus/firewall.

He has also failed to the previous Microsoft Update a week or 2 but it gave an error code of that time.  I looked at the error to Microsoft code and it says that the update log was full and there was a command to enter to remedy.  I did that and installed the update and everything was fine.  Unfortuately I have more error code or order more.

Perhaps related to this problem?  My computer is pretty much dead now after Silverlight updated because it constantly restarts.

Don't boot from the XP CD.

Do an ERD of VistaBootable of the info below:

As is the case with most computers/laptops these days, they do not come with good Vista disc to repair only the recovery disks.

As your grave in the category above, download the ISO on the link provided and make a bootdisk of it.

Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.

At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.

When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.

You can make a tool to restart system, System Restore, etc. with it.

Read all the info on the website on how to create and use it.

When the printer prints, you will see a small printer icon to the taskbar (lower-right). Click it and you'll see the files that are printing. If you view the document, please remove it from the print queue.

If this is not enough, then proceed as follows.

    1. type Services.msc in the box Start of search and press on enter.

    2. Locate the print spooler and right click on the service and then click stop.

    3. when the Print Spooler service is stopped, go to C:\WINDOWS\System32\spool\PRINTERS and delete all the files mentioned in the record. This will clear the current print jobs.

This isn't a question of Fusion and you turn on a feature of the Windows operating system that has nothing to Fusion self even if he tries to synchronize with the shared folder of VMware, associated bone user initiated the function of the operating system.

    1. open my computer.

    2. in the Tools menu, click Folder Options.

  • When Vista SP2 will stop receiving the normal Windows updates.

It was mentioned in another thread that Vista (I guess that SP2) reaches the end of mainstream support in April.

    I have seen this document,

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows/products/lifecycle#section_2

which suggests to me normal stop support (Windows updates) in April.

Could you clarify it please exactly what it means for a 'regular' customer with a preinstalled copy of Vista or someone who installed it themselves via a disc OEM etc.

This means that Windows Update will cease to provide patches, etc from April this year for Vista SP2?

    Thank you...

    Hi Mooly,

Updates will still be available after April, there will be always some support for updates of security which are sent to the bottom of the Windows Update. According to article http://support.microsoft.com/gp/lifepolicy

  • Records of Vista Media Center starts and stops at the wrong time

I use Windows Vista Home Premium, SP1 and that you may have noticed that when I schedule recordings for some a particular channel, Media Center starts 2 minutes beforehand and ends 2 minutes in advance.  This affects only shows record from my local affiliate Fox - all other shows for other strings start and stop at the appropriate time.

I checked the system clock with the start times of the shows and both are correct.  In fact, I saw one day Media Center started to record for a show that did not begin until 08:00 at 19:58 (according to the system time).  I had my TV on at the same time and was able to verify that the program in question had not yet begun, so the flow of the internet was sychned with the dissemination of local transmission.

It's very frustrating because I miss the end of some shows and cannot always extend registration ends because I'm ordering another channel, the next hour.

I have the same problem with the FOX network...

-1 make sure your clock automaticly sets in the internet and update once by pressing the link (which makes that he can see the time server)...

There are two ways you can go with this:

-If your departure time is correct, then just go to the Planner and choose the program (or series) you are trying to install, select the recording settings (or adjustment of series) or advanced setting... There is an option to "stop recording" 1 min, 2 min, 3 min, 5 min, until 2 hours after the recording is finished... I have mine set to 5 minutes after, and she fixed it...

-If the starting time is disabled (as mine is), to enter ERM and manuver to tasks > settings > TV > recorder > recorder defaults

This is where you define all the flaws of the recorder, find "Start when possible" and "Stop when possible", 4 min value (max allows MCE)... Save and exit, restart the machine too...

You should be good to go...

PS, I just read the last sentence in your post, you must only have a tv tuner card in your machine (I have two, and that's the reason why I bought two), so you can always have a problem when recording two different channels (back to back on the same channel should work okay).

Original title: Lenovo SL500 Windows Vista crashed with STOP error message and won't start

    Hello peoples,
I just installed an iMicro Bluetooth adapter on my computer, and then I wanted to restart my computer. When I turned it on, loading like regular until right after the Vista loading screen, when the Blue Screen of Death (a blue screen with an error on this subject) flashed for about 1/2 second and then restarted my computer. Then he asked me if I wanted to load startup repair or simply start WIndows normally and I chose to start WIndows normally, but it's the same thing, so when the computer is restarted again, I chose the Startup Repair. He said that if I inserted an external device in my computer for me to remove it. But I had no external devices in my computer at the same time! I already pulled the iMicro adapter! So when my computer restarted again, I pressed the button Lenovo Care and charge of Lenovo Rescue and Recovery 4. (This is where I am now, typing away in the Opera browser.) I tried to find help, but could not find anythign useful so far. I installed for many drivers, updates, patches, etc. But none have anything to remove the blue screen of death. Now, after 7 hours, I really frustrated, and this is my last hope! (I don't want to save my hard drive and reinstall, because I paid more than 250 applications and more than 270 free programs on my computer! Of more, more than 350 iPad apps, of which a few are paid! Oh and 700 iBooks!)
Help, please! I'm really desperate right now, and any help would be appreciated!
    Thanks in advance!

PPS Lenovo all computers have this Lenovo Rescue Recovery 4, which is like an operating system of its own. It has a browser that you can install updates and other things. Right now I use Rescue and Recovery. Thanks again in advance and please answer my question! I had this problem for a week and I'm in school tomorrow! Thanks again!

A problem has been detected and Windows has shut down to prevent damage to your computer.

If this is the first time you've seen this Stop error screen, restart your computer. If this screen appears again, follow these steps:

Check for viruses on your computer. Remove the hard drives newly installed on the hard disk controllers. Check your hard drive to ensure that it is configured and completed proeprly. Run CHKDSK /F to check for hard drive corruption, and then restart your computer.

    Hello nancy milano,.

Thanks for this info and choosing the communities Support from Apple. I know how important is able to complete your update to El Capitan at a later date! The good news is that you can simply delete the "install Mac OS X" install app in the Applications folder on your Mac. Then you can open the Mac App Store when you're ready to update and restart the download from the tab updates or searching through the Mac App Store for El Capitan.
