  It seems that you have a hardware failure. No laptop does turn off touchpad, while he sits on a desk. If you have a USB mouse, plug it into the laptop and verify that it works correctly.

  Please try to turn off 'IBE' (aka of editing in the browser) in the Panel "Advanced" dialog "Properties of the Site" within the Muse and the re - publish and check if that corrects the problem, the cause is something that we are aware and working on a fix for.

  Try changing the Audio call, go to the phone application > slide down from the top > select settings > Audio call > try using the Boost of boredom or Bass Boost and test the volume of calls.
