My watch keeps randomly, dropping its connection bluetooth for my iPhone 5

I need to load my watch and kept my iPhone 5 with me, so the bluetooth connection has been lost.  When I put the watch on my wrist the Watch not re - appariaient is not with the phone. It has finally connected but then dropped again in a few minutes. Since then, the watch and phone are randomly connection and disconnection. Does anyone have advice?

If the watch as a new pairing will be pair I lose all of my previous settings?

Hi Peter

In order to clarify the terminology: the watch and the iPhone will remain "paired" unless and until that manually disable you them the match.

If they are always paired, they can become "disconnected" from time to time - for example, when taken out of reach of Bluetooth on the other. Normal Bluetooth is around 33 feet/10 meters, but this can vary in practice because of wireless interference.

The following steps can help treat an unusual level of disconnections Bluetooth:

  • Restart your iPhone and your watch:
    • Close the two devices together, and then restart your iPhone first.
    • To turn off your watch: press and hold the button side until you see the cursor off the power; slide it to turn off;
    • To reactivate: press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.
  • Reset the network settings on your iPhone (you will need to re-enter your credentials for the Wi - Fi later):
    • On your iPhone, go to: settings > general > reset > reset network settings.

  • Connection Bluetooth for mobile phone disconnects every hour

I connect my laptop to my cell phone (Palm Pixi to be exact) via Bluetooth and use it as a wireless router to connect to the internet. This is my only form of internet I have here in the Woods (Yes, I have cell phone coverage, but no cable/DSL). The only problem I have with it is that the Bluetooth connection is reset every hour since when I first connected to it when I turn on my computer. Normally, this isn't a problem for web browsing, since it will automatically reconnect, but I do a lot of games with her and sometimes download large files, and this reset can sometimes extremely boring all at stake in the middle of a fight and is enough to kill a large download. I searched Google many times on how to change the login/timeout settings and haven't found anything useful. Is that what I can do to change how long the Bluetooth remains connected without discount to zero/expire?

I run Windows XP SP3 and I stack Bluetooth version 4.00.38 (also tried the latest version, the same question).

Thanks in advance for any advice.

What type of connection do you have on your mobile phone (DUN or NAP)?
As far as I know there is time to stop for the connection of ONE of the side BONES (it was at least the case in XP).

  • DUN connection Bluetooth for Pocket PC, Vista and the user rights restricted

    Hallo,

I managed to establish a DUN connection to my smartphone WM5 Pocket QTEK 9100 Bluetooth-based and the Toshiba Stack, latest version. My laptop is an X 200 - 21 d with Vista Home Premium.

Everything works although I do not change the Vista user to a user with restricted rights, for the user with the Bluetooth utility administrator rights has created a new DUN connection and a new modem with a virtual COM port. The user with restricted rights is not allowed to set up a new connection, but it is necessary to connect to the smartphone with the Bluetooth utility. On the administrative account the option button to allow the connection to call other users is disabled and grayed out, so there is sort now open it up to other users.

How can I set up a Bluetooth DUN connection for a user with restricted rights?

    Thank you in advance!

If the user restricted use the same DUN like the Admin Setup?

If Yes, then you can use "Bluetooth-> custom Mode settings". This allows you to
Select the "Standard 33600 Modem" from the list that has been set up before
the admin. So every ONE that has been configured by the administrator can be used by the
User restricted with this method. Restricted users cannot install hardware, so
If the administrator has not installed a modem, then also the restricted user cannot use it.

The Admin can pre-install a modem with Bluetooth stack installation.
This is useful if the restricted user should be able to configure a DUN connection
with the advanced modem settings which are not used by the administrator.

This should be possible if the file "as.ini" has a line "MODEMINST = 1".

Please wait and AI? m pending but a few minutes later, some warns happens too "Please, plug the Bluetooth device and click OK Office? and in fact I na? t understand what that means...

So what do I do to connect to my phone (samsung D900i) via Bluetooth?
    Thank you

There are 2 possible reasons that may be the cause:
-Your laptop does not have Bluetooth. Turn your laptop upside down and check if there is a label of bluetooth. If this is not the case, no BT is inside.
-Your antenna switch is off. Turn it on if it is off.

  • Windows continues to play its Connect Device for no reason

Windows continues to play his device connection (one of the BONES built in sounds) every 15 seconds or more and it becomes difficult to bear.  It is the noise that it is when you plug a USB device, but I have no idea why it does it without reason.  I looked in the Device Manager and everything looks ok in there.

    Windows request something be connected?

I think that the problem was caused by my keyboard/mouse - receiver wireless is connected to the computer, but I had not installed the software.  Having the sound appears to have stopped.  I hope that this now solves the problem.

  • How to connect a bar of its samsung bluetooth to a pc with a dongal brodcom?

It says its connected with the pc, but the Soundbar has not seen the pc to the pair, the devices to work how to fix this problem all drivers watched on many forms still does not help please thank you? Windows 7 a2dp could be the problem not sure

I had this exact problem before.  Broadcom Bluetooth drivers are broken.  They do not have Bluetooth controls as they are supposed to.  So you end up with Microsoft's Bluetooth system, which does not audio services.  A2DP appears not to be a protocol that allows Microsoft.

You need to replace the Broadcom dongle with a dongle that uses of Toshiba Bluetooth system.

    Hello

It can help to turn off pairing your headphones for your iPhone / iPad before their pairing at your Apple Watch.

Also, make sure you put your headphones in pairing / discovery mode, in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

It can also help move the watch and the helmet away from any device Bluetooth enabled when their pairing.

  • IPhone lost 6. the batery was about to die. If the phone does not connect to internet. is there a way to keep track of its location?

IPhone lost 6. batery about to dye, it is not connected to the internet. Im trying to track its location by FIND MY IPHONE, but seems to be offline.

I'll be able to track its location? or y at - it another way to track its location?

No, you won't. There is no other way or the other. The only way to find my iPhone to work is if it has been activated prior to the loss, the device is on and it has an active connection to the internet. If one who does not exist, you cannot follow the device. As you say the battery was almost dead, then he's probably already dead. You will not be able to track the device.

    Hello

Your watch is probably connected to your home WiFi network, which he tries to do automatically like a relief, when a Bluetooth connection with the pair iPhone is not available.

To check this, if you are using a version prior to version watchOS watchOS 3, slide up on the dial of the watch and swipe left / right for the look of parameters. Plugged and a green cloud icon means that it is connected to Wi - Fi.

The same information is available in the center of control under watch OS 3.

  • Can not access the site Web of John Lewis, get message server unexpectedly dropped the connection all the time

Use the iMac with El Capitan 10.11.1 & Safari 9.0.1

During the last week, I was unable to access the site Web of John Lewis and the message "Safari cannot open page www.johnlewis.com because the server dropped the connection unexpectedly. Sometimes this happens when the server is busy. Wait a few minutes and then try again"I retry but get the same message all the time. Can access all other sites ok.

I emptied the cache, deleted the cookies and history. Enter the name of the site in its entirety is not helped either.

Unable to access the Web by John Lewis site with my iPad either.

    Help!

    Try restarting/resetting the router.

    Try a reboot.

Make a backup using Time Machine or a cloning program, to ensure that data files can be recovered. Two backups are better than one.

Try to set up another admin user account to see if the same problem persists. If back to my Mac is enabled in system preferences, the guest account will not work. The intention is to see if it is specific to an account or a system wide problem. This account can be deleted later.

Isolate a problem by using a different user account

If the problem is still there, try to start safe mode using your usual account.  Disconnect all devices except those necessary for the test. Shut down the computer and then put it up after a 10 second wait. Immediately after hearing the startup chime, hold down the SHIFT key and continue to hold it until the gray Apple icon and a progress bar appear. Startup is considerably slower than normal. This will reset some caches, forces a check for directory and disables all start-up and connection, among other things. When you restart normally, the initial restart may be slower than normal. If the system is operating normally, there may be 3rd party applications that pose a problem. Try to delete/disable the third-party applications after a reboot using the UN-Installer. For each disable/remove, you need to restart if you do them all at once.

Safe mode - on El Capitan

  • Unable to connect Bluetooth headset

Original title: need help on the BlueTooth device and other things about that.

    Hello

I'm in a position really distressed, so, basically, last year (about 2013 November), there were a few problems in sending files from my laptop to my phone, so I thought that bluetooth driver does not work properly, I don't remember anything correctly. I have a Dell XPS 1404 (or something, this is a fine model of 2010). So I thought that and uninstalled this driver in Device Manager, which was a BIG mistake. It was a Broadcom driver as far as I remember, or such. I tried to install the latest driver at this time there, but could not do so, there was a mistake. Now, I can't connect my BlueTooth headset to my laptop and when I connect the DELL BT travel mouse, it connects, but the problem is, the cursor is not going fast, I really don't know what to do. I tried the system restore, but it doesn't have an option for nearly a year there. Please do help me. Now when I go to device, under Bluetooth Radios Manager, there is a pilot who cannot start the device or other, there are only 3 drivers at the moment. I don't REALLY have to remember there's 3 or 4 before one year. Any solution to this?

AND when I go to the properties for this driver of non-working (which I tried to install both types of drivers on it, then this might work, but there not at all), and when I go to details > hardware IDs, this is the ID, do work to tell what is the real device? or is it about the driver?

    Hi Moriya,

Please keep us updated and my apologies for the late reply.

If the troubleshooting methods didn't it it helped, I recommend that you contact the manufacturer of the Bluetooth device to check the latest version of the driver that is compatible with Windows 7.

Please feel free to answer in the case where you are facing in the future other problems with Windows.

    Thank you.
