My window or the page does not open a whole page or a window just a half cup size a

When I click on a website link, opens in a half size I have to click on the button of the full window on the upper right side next to the red x.It for this all the time and does not open a window on its own i have to help all the time. My computer is a gateway laptop with windows vista, and I can't find the manufacturers on the web.

  • Open a single Internet Explorer window to the small size.
  • Drag the corners of the window until it completely fills the screen. Do not use the button Zoom to enlarge the window.
  • Hold down the CTRL key, keep it pressed and using the mouse, click on file, then leave in the menu bar. Do not use the 'X' in the upper right to close the window.
  • Internet Explorer should now open in a full window.
  • If it nevertheless opens to a smaller size, repeat the instructions above, substituting the 'Shift' key for the 'Ctrl' key
