my Windows XP sp3 laptop completely stops working (tight) when plugin - container.exe is running. If I stop using the Task Manager, everything works again. Please advise as my addons arnt work not at all?

  You must disable the graphic processor of Lightroom preferences, but since the opening of its not, you can either method below.

  Please follow the Solution below

  1. Go to edit > preference > Performance > uncheck "processor chart use" If this does not solves the problem then,
  2. With Lightroom closed
  • Access

  C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom\Preferences    (Where AppData is a system folder / hidden so you may need to enter the name of the folder directly into your browser's address bar or activate hidden folders / system in the Internet Explorer view folder options.)

  • Open the file LightroomPreferences.agprefs
  • Locate the line use = True autobahn (press CTRL + F)
  • Take Autobahn use = False

  I "solved" the problem, or at least found a work around.  The program must be open as administrator.  Right click and open as administrator.

• Microsoft Money - when closing down, it saves ok but there is a message saying that the operation cannot be completed. I then use the Task Manager to complete.

  You can't the PDF files to be changed with Acrobat Reader DC.

  You must have the Acrobat application to edit PDF files using Acrobat. Edit PDF files.

• Thunderbird is stuck in the loop. Can not stop in the Task Manager.

  After you set the 3 True values, I left and restarted thunderbird.
  I then clicked on a link in an e-mail message and the LAUNCH APPLICATION box appeared.
  I accidentally entered "thunderbird" instead of "firefox".
  When I clicked on the link in the e-mail, it goes into a loop where the hourglass icon will flash constantly.
  I couldn't go back to the LAUNCH APPLICATION window to change.
  Then, I deleted the Thunderbird folder in program files and reinstalled thunderbird OK.
  Everything works fine until I click on a link in a message. He then goes into the loop, and I have to restart.
  Is there something in the registry that I can change to fix this?

  Go to the menu Tools (alt + T) > options > attachments and delete any reference to Thunderbird.

  I just reinstalled Photoshop CS6 after you have reinstalled Windows 10 (has become corrupted).  Photoshop CS6 will be open, but that's all. It is completely insensitive and I have to use "Task manager" to close the program.  I have to do a complete reinstall. However the cannot deactivate my license as I can't get into the program.

• When I open Firefox a video of two girls shopping and a guy on a phone replace the icon until I have stop with the Task Manager. A normal icon returns when it reopened. .

  When I open the Firefox browser a normal icon appears for a few moments and then is replaced by a link to a video. When I played the video it shows two young women shopping and a young man talking on his cell phone comes and seems to describe the choice of girls at the shopping to someone on the phone. The girls look concerned, and the message seems to be something about privacy. It is a bit odd and ends abruptly. Initially, I assumed the video was published by Firefox, but I'm not sure. It has been on my computer for months. Sometimes I can go to Firefox and see a normal homepage, but usually, that is quickly replaced by this. If I go on Manager tasks and 'end task' to Firefox, I can then open the Firefox browser and it will be normal with just the icon of Firefox and no link to the video.

  Start the computer in safe mode and check if the problem persists, if the question does not persist then perform the clean boot and check if the problem resolves.

  Some malicious software is aware of the methods you are most likely to use to find and remove it (invites the Task Manager, System Restore, command, Internet, Google, etc.) and prevents things from work.

  The malware does not allows you to use things like the Task Manager to find and remove, so it prevents them from becoming a process running on the system and the process will not start or the process will be completed as soon as it is launched.

  The malware is happier when he let you think you need to use system restore, a repair install or reinstall your XP from scratch to fix your system when none of this is necessary.

  You can fool the malware (and then fix it).

  Assuming that your Windows is installed on your drive C, using Windows Explorer, navigate to the folder c:\windows\system32 and locate taskmgr.exe.
