My xbox 360 console is telling me im not allowed to play online.

my privacy say online game settings is allowed. I tried looking in the settings but couldn't find something that could help. It happened just after my xbox live gold free trial finished so I was wondering if it had nothing to do with it.

  • WIN Pro 8, xbox 360, z axis wireless controller does not

WIN Pro 8, Microsoft Xbox 360 wireless controller, z axis does not.

Axis Z work in the calibration screen, but not in the test screen or in the games must be a driver problem, advice?

Have deleted the driver to allow windows to reinstall the drivers.

Installing the windows driver software 7 for the controller, still the z axis only work in the calibration screen.

I thought that I had the same problem, but see the knowledge base article: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2757006

Apparently, the problem is only with the test itself dialog box. I also jumped to the conclusion that it must be a driver problem and expects the controller does not work properly in games.

However, the controller DOESN'T seem to work properly in games.

(Mine is actually a Logitech F710, but it uses Xinput anyway).

I hope that your Z axis controller also works outside of the test application, and the information above helps dispel the confusion around this issue.

There is no problem with the drivers or controller, everything works (read below for the explanation and solution)

I had the same problem, with the z axis (Left Trigger (LT) and right trigger (RT)) with a 360 wireless controller by using the adapter on Windows 8 Pro 64-bit wireless controller.

He would not show the entrances to trigger (z axis) on the calibration screen. Looked online and came across this thread in hopes of finding new update of drivers, or a solution.

After reading the post I quoted above, I decided to see if the z axis works in the game, and he does. I tried Street Fighter X Tekken, went to training mode and you can view entries button on the screen, and pressing the RT and LT trigger buttons, they are part of the game and my character not the corresponding move associated with the key as well as to show the button based directly on the screen.

I went then the game controller settings in windows 8 and again once the game controller dialog box does not show the LT and RT (z axis) entered.

Solution: the controller works fine, and not showing is not the z axis is only a cosmetic problem with the Controller dialog box. So just ignore the controller, the z axis dialog box still works in games.

  • Is it possible to connect an Xbox 360 console to a HP TouchSmart 520-1030?

I got this HP TouchSmart for over 2 years. This question comes to mind. Can you connect an Xbox 360 to a HP TouchSmart 520-1030? I looked and looked and found nothing useful on the web.

    Specifications are: HP TouchSmart 520-1030
    Intel Core i3-2120
    4 GB of ram

    No HDMI

    Hello again ScreenNameHere,

Thank you for responding to my message asking for additional information. The only way I can see to connect your HP TouchSmart 520-1030 Desktop PC would be the use of a USB HDMI adapter. I am also including the IDT High Definition Audio Driver Update for your computer, the USB connection will not have the same sound quality and you want to make sure that you have up-to-date drivers to get the best sound, you can leave the connection.

Please re-post with the results of this post. Thank you for bringing This problem on the HP Forums. Enjoy your day!

  • Xbox 360 controller/joystick for PC does not work properly in Battlefield bad company 2

I recently black battlefield 2 and bad company xbox 360 wired to use with the game controller. Once both parties had been settled, I went to the settings in the games options and tried to attribute the actions with the buttons of the gamepad /, but here the rub. Not all the buttons of the gamepad a response, as the right analog stick and the arrow keys. Some of the buttons that do not give an answer have different names /-are mixed with other keys, as the right trigger. When I try to assign the right trigger for fireing, she appears as axe1 x and does not work in the game.

Some of the buttons that work are the x button and the stick analog left and right and left bumber.

I did not so much to try to solve the problem, as I have really no idea what to do. I thought to uninstall and reinstall the game, but that would help? Also perhaps reinstall the controller, or by downloading a driver for him on internett. It was installed using the disk resulting.

The problem, in the game or in the controller? Perhaps driver? Where would I go to file a complaint, get my money back?

Any help would be much appreciated!

    Hello

    ·        This problem happens only when playing Battlefield Bad Company 2 and other games as well?

I suggest you run another game on your XBOX360 and check to see if the same problem happens.

If the problem occurs with all the games then I suggest you to contact the hardware manufacturer.

If the problem does not occur with a different game then I suggest you uninstall and reinstall the game and see if the problem is resolved.

  • Xbox 360 and Vista Media center (understand not found)

I've looked everywhere I can think and have not been able to find an answer to this far (including the green button forums)

After you run the transfer Assistant to move things to the Media Center and use as a desktop pc, the xbox 360 and Media Center cannot find the other and settings, I can see the xbox inside network but devices Media Center doesn't see it and I get the infamout (extender not found error).

configuration is a wired connection via a belkin router, network configuration has not changed and the media center has been able to connect to the xbox previously, I tried several things so far

-uninstalled onecarelive and disabled the firewall (one of the problems solved but are still unable to find the xbox)
-reset the xbox to factory settings
    -check the firewall router so
-installed all the updates that are known for pc and xbox including SP2

Here's the event codes that I get when you try to configure the Extender, it shows correctly configured but yet I get the error not found "extender".

    3. go into tasks > settings > Extender
    4. Select Xbox 360 Media Center, then delete.
5 PC removes the old mcx1 folder used to use with Vista.

    8. on the PC, you will be prompted to set up the Xbox extender
9 follow the instructions to enter 8 digit code
