Names of specific driver for the blue screen error Codes

Hi all! Need your help please! Like so many others, I received Error Codes blue screen, that crash my system. I need to know the names of the specific drivers associated with these codes so that I can disable them (in accordance with the instructions of Windows), internet research has not helped. If anyone knows what are the names of the associated drivers or how to determine them it would be greatly appreciated! The error codes are:

When you encounter a Blue Screen of Death (BSoD) in Windows, the computer saves information about the error message in a log file. This log file or minidump file is saved in the subdirectory of Windows Minidump (C:\Windows\MiniDump). Generally the information stored in the minidump file can help identify the cause of the blue screen error message and help you solve the problem.

    You start with a chkdsk/r from the XP Recovery Console.

    Here's how:

    If you have no XP bootable media (or aren't sure you have) create a bootable XP Recovery CD of Console and do not forget.

    This is not the same as recovery disks that may have come to a store to purchase the system.

    You can make a bootable Recovery Console CD by downloading an ISO file and burn it to a CD.

    It would be a good idea to test your bootable CD on a computer running.

    You may need to adjust the computer BIOS settings to use the CD-ROM drive as the first device to boot instead of the hard drive.  These adjustments are made before Windows tries to load.  If you miss it, you will need to restart the system again.

    Press 'R' to enter the Recovery Console.

    Select the installation that you want to access (usually 1: C:\WINDOWS)

    A good idea before you start things must first verify the integrity of your file system by using the chkdsk command.

    In the command prompt window, run the chkdsk command on the drive where Windows is installed to try to fix any problems on the afflicted player.

    Running chkdsk is fine, even if he finds no problem.  It won't hurt anything to run it.

    Assuming your boot drive is C, run the following command:

    I have Windows Vista Home Premium, and I've had it for 5 years now (2006-) the problem is that I don't know what happened, but when it restarts, I have two options;

Finally, a list of appropriate actions appear;

    System restore; I tried ALL the dates of the restoration, and none of them worked. I got an error saying: it cannot restore.
    Restore the computer; 1. I don't have a backup drive (it's a shame, I know) and 2. I don't want back up and lose all my files.

    Method 2: Disconnect all external devices (printers, scanner, USB (universal serial bus) readers, etc...)  Except the keyboard and mouse and then start.

    If this solves the problem, then add back devices at a time until you discover the piece of hardware causing the issue.  Then get any drivers\software update for the device.

    After disconnecting all external devices, run the Startup Repair

    What is your system brand and model?
    What is your version of XP and Servie Pack?
    Describe your current antivirus and software anti malware situation: McAfee, Norton, Spybot, AVG, Avira!, Defender, ZoneAlarm, PC Tools, MSE, Comodo, etc..
    Click Start, run and enter in the box:

    Unzip it and run it (BSV installs nothing) and let him complete the digitization of all of your files to dump.

  • CD/DVD drive, causing the Blue Screen of Death stop

    Software from CD/DVD in my Dimension E510 desktop seems to be the dreaded blue screen shut downs - usually as a CD is ejected. The web page error analysis Windows that appears after that restart indicates the problem is caused by a resulting driver. It's the Sonic Digital Media software provided on the system, but sometimes when I run the program I get a warning message saying that the software is not an approved final version? I would like to uninstall the Sonic CD/DVD software which seems to be the cause of the problem and replace it. This will probably solve the problem of the "blue screen", and which would be a recommended CD/DVD operating system that would be compatible with my system. Any suggestion would be appreciated.

  • My computer crashes from time to time, and sometimes I have the blue screen errors.

    I am running Win 7 on a 2 years old HP Pavilion. I started having occasional blue screen errors, and some applications are a little weird. I haven't added anything recently except the recommended Windows updates. Now when I try to stop, it just display the closing, and I pressed the power switch. I tried to restore to an earlier time a few times in the last 90 days. Suggestions, or I need to reload Windows? If a reload is correct, can I charge for the recovery through my recovery cd partition?  My processor is an AMD Phenom 2.90 GB with 4 GB of ram, Win Home Premium software. Thank you... Joe

    The dumpfile will be created in c:\windows\minidump. You may need to change your settings in Windows to be able to view the file. To show hidden files type Folder Options in the search box above the Start button and select view advanced settings and check that the box "display files and folders" and 'Hide protected operating system files' are not checked. You may need to scroll down to see the second element. You should also make sure that the box before "Hide extensions of known file types" is not checked.

    Because a lot of people doesn't seem to have an XP Installation CD, I have these instructions on how to create a CD of bootable XP Recovery Console and run chkdsk (no XP media required) program.

    If the forums MS Answers would invite for a little information system, when a new question is asked, you would be probably done now...  I take for granted that you have an internal or external CD/DVD drive that is functional.

    If you have no XP bootable media (or aren't sure you have) create a bootable XP Recovery CD of Console and do not forget.

    This is not the same as recovery disks that may have come to a store to purchase the system.

    You can make a bootable Recovery Console CD by downloading an ISO file and burn it to a CD.

    The ISO bootable image file you need to download is called:

    xp_rec_con. ISO

    Use a new CD and this simple and free program to burn your ISO file and create your bootable CD (do not install UniBlue or the Ask Toolbar - never!):

    It would be a good idea to test your bootable CD on a computer running.

    You may need to adjust the computer BIOS settings to use the CD-ROM drive as the first device to boot instead of the hard drive.  These adjustments are made before Windows tries to load.  If you miss it, you will need to restart the system again.

    When you start on the CD, follow the instructions:

    Press any key to boot from CD...

    Installing Windows... going to pronounce.

    Press 'R' to enter the Recovery Console.

    Select the installation that you want to access (usually 1: C:\WINDOWS)

    You may be asked to enter the password (usually empty).

    You should be in the folder C:\WINDOWS.  It's the same as the

    C:\Windows folder that you see in Solution Explorer.

    The Recovery Console allows base as file commands: copy, rename, replace, delete, chkdsk, fixboot, fixmbr, cd, etc.

    For a list of the commands in the Recovery Console, type help at the prompt of commands or read on here XP Recovery Console:

    A good idea before you start things must first verify the integrity of your file system by using the chkdsk command.

    In the command prompt window, run the chkdsk command on the drive where Windows is installed to try to fix any problems on the afflicted player.

    Running chkdsk is fine, even if he finds no problem.  It won't hurt anything to run it.

    Assuming your boot drive is C, run the following command:

    CHKDSK C: /r

    Let chkdsk finish to correct the problems, he could find.

    It may take a long time for chkdsk complete or they seem to be "stuck".  Be patient.  If the HARD drive led blinks always, chkdsk is something.  Keep an eye on the amount of the percentage to be sure that it is still making progress.  It may even seem to go back sometime.

    You must run chkdsk/r again until it finds no error to correct.

    Remove the CD, and then type "exit" to exit the RC and restart the computer.

    You have not to set the BIOS to boot the disk HARD since the CD won't be.

    At startup, I see a message that says: Media test failure.  I can sometimes to vista in normal mode, but then it's a matter of time (not too long usually) before the screen flickers and goes black.  I then turn off the power and restart.  Once it says graphics driver NVIDIA has stopped working properly, I've updated my driver and now it says it's working properly, but I still have the same problem.  My bucket of blue screen error is: 0x116_TdrBCR:2_Tdr:2_IMAGE_nvlddmkm.sys any help will be greatly appreciated

    Bug VIDEO_TDR_ ERROR control has a value of 0 x 00000116. This error indicates that an attempt to reset display driver and recover a timeout failed.

    Since you've already tried to update the Nvidia drivers, you can try to uninstall and reinstall the same check.

    You can try to uninstall and reinstall all the programs and features Nvidia drivers and Device Manager.

    Step 1:

    Uninstall the audio drivers from programs and features

    a. click on start

    b. type appwiz.cpl in the start search

    c. search for all driver packages, Nvidia, right click and uninstall.

    Step 2:

    Uninstall the drivers from Device Manager.

    a. click on start

    b. type devmgmt.msc in search, and then press enter

    c. in find Manager device for the device, right-click on it and select the option uninstall.

    After you remove the drivers of these two places, you can try to remove the NVIDIA folder and restart to see if that solves the problem after I installed the generic drivers.

    Step 3:

    To delete the folder:

    one. Click on start and Type C:\windows\system32\drivers folder in start search

    b. click on drivers and select nvlddmkm.sys

    c. right click and rename nvlddmkm.sys in nvlddmkm.sys.old. or delete.

    d. restart the computer and check.
