  11.1.1.5 OID is not directly available. You must install the basic first version and the patch for 11.1.1.5.0. You can get the patch from oracle support.

  Make sure that your database is started, and the listener is running. To check the listener: to start: LSNRCTL START for status: LSNRCTL STATUS

  If check if the database is started correctly. Connect to the database with sysdba and run: select instance_name from v$ instance; This will give you the name of your database running.

  We have OAM and IOM deployed and integrated 11.1.2.2.0, nonclustered, with a DCC webgate using standard forms authentication.  IOM and OAM do not share a physical host or a domain.

  We can successfully connecting and disconnecting the IOM through the DCC webgate.

  The standard login form has had a link added to access the features of IOM forgotten password.

  1. After successfully using the password link forgot that you are presented with a button «Back to Login»  This button goes back to IOM standard connection on the host server screen, IOM and the port.

  2 when the IOM time-out is used, it also takes us back to the standard login IOM on IOM managed server host and portscreen.

  Nobody knows what he does to make sure that we get redirected to the page of OAM connection on the host of the CDC?

  "oracle.security.am.asdk.AccessException: OAMAGENT-02027: Oracle AccessGate API is not initialized."
  
  Whenever authenticate us the user, the following steps are processed:
  
  -Get the session token
  -Create a new default instance of AccessClient with the given configuration directory and 10g CompatibilityMode [ac = AccessClient.createDefaultInstance (OAM_CONFIGURATION, AccessClient.CompatibilityMode.OAM_10G)];

  The new g 11 API differs a lot in terms of how the ASDK is initialized. In 10g, you would initialize the ASDK for each application, however, 11 g, you just launch the ASDK once at startup and then use it again to stop.

  For reconciliations target AD, we see certain events having the status of "Received event". In the reconciliation Manager when we re - apply the matching rules for this we get an error that "Provisioning not permitted after the date of cancellation. When I checked the user of the IOM, the user has both cancellation date and supply cancelled the value of past dates.
  
  The thing is that somebody has re-created manually these AD accounts, after the user is finished (after the date of provisions). The above error is specified because of the "deprovisionin date" or "date cancelled supply? Which one should I remove? Form IOM to the user, the date deprovisioned seems to be a single playing field and I can't delete the value.

  Is due to the cancellation date and cancelled supply date is set automatically takes its value from the cancellation date.

  For your confusion:

  Just create a user in IOM and give a date of cancellation as the current date. Now, try to provide any resources it then it will show you the same error you get

  "* Commissioning is not allowed after the cancellation date is passed."

• Autologin fault after the forgotten password Action

  We have (11.1.2.2.4) IOM / OAM (11.1.2.2.5)/OUD(11.1.2.2.1) integrated. We have made the management of users and password management use case implementation.

  After the forgotten password action, the user should ideally be auto connected to the resource to which they want to access. But here, they're trying to autologin, we get no answer which records the time that we are witnessing a thread blocked in IOM. Please find the attached log. Its showing IOM tries to do automatic login and his breaks down.

  
  

  Now these blocked thread are at the origin of the problem to the server of the IOM. Can you please let us know how to fix the automatic connection failure. This error we get now on pre-production and prod env.

• Change the port number of the IOM servers

  How do I change port number of servers IOM to 14000 to some other port after installation/configuration and use of the server for more than a year.

  Connect to the weblogic console and stop the server instance managed IOM. Select the IOM server instance and change the port. Start it up again, then EM to change all internal references to the new port. Also change any other application integrated to reflect the change of port.
