Natural Ergonomic Desktop 7000 bluetooth receiver

My 2.4 Ghz receiver fell down. I have snooped autour that it cannot be purchased separately. In this case - it would be possible to buy a less expensive mouse wireless and used MS bluetooth dongle attached to replace the natural ergonomic desktop 7000? If so - which would be compatible?

  • Mistypes keyboard: Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Desktop 7000

Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Desktop 7000 bought on Amazon.com, made on 11 April.
    Hello
I use Windows 7 Enterprise Edition on a Dell laptop. I recently bought a "Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Desktop 7000" from a dealer online. When I used it first, it worked perfectly.
I had some problems with the software on my computer that I did research and corrected. After that the keyboard worked perfectly, but to halfway through the next morning it started to be very weird. For example, the key 'a' type 'gy '. This leads me to believe that the key mapping does not work somehow. The keyboard of the laptop works fine, and a USB keyboard that I have works correctly with this laptop. In addition, the mouse that came with the wireless keyboard continues to operate correctly. I tried on another computer. After downloading the software, I had the same result as on my computer.
In Microsoft Keyboard diagnostics, when I quand je tape type 'a' it slap 'gy' and said:
    Legend: G (do) - 0 x 22
    Key: (Do) - 0 x 15
    Legend: G (break) - 0 x 22
    Key: Y (break) - 0 x 15
    Unknown key - HID Input
    Unknown key - HID Input
    STOP SCROLL: OFF
    CAP LOCK: OFF
    NUMLOCK: WE
    F LOCK: UNKNOWN
This makes me wonder if the language of the keyboard has been changed somehow a language which has the double-byte characters.
I have uninstalled/reinstalled drivers keyboard, cleaned the registry, compared the keys to register Keyboard Layout against another computer, removed the device in the Device Manager etc etc, without success.
    Can you help me?

  • What can a left-handed user with the natural ergonomic desktop 7000?

    Hello

I am convinced that the keyboard in the 7000 natural ergonomic office would be the best for me. However, I am left-handed, so the mouse that does not work.

So I was wondering what Microsoft wireless solution is recommended. I don't see the keyboard available separately. So I need to get an ambidextrous mouse separated and use two USB receivers on two USB ports? Or the USB receiver that comes in this set can be programmed to operate with another mouse?

    Thanks a bunch,

    Alan

As near as I know it, MS does not the keyboard of the "Desktop 7000' available separately.  The "natural ergonomic Keyboard 4000" MS looks like - from the site, in any case - being identical to the keyboard of the updated 7000 except that she is wired rather than wireless.

It depends on what is important to you.  If you want the keyboard with a WiFi feature, then you will need to buy the 7000 set, take the mouse and buy a different mouse.  You can buy a standard mouse (wired or wireless), a mouse "Ambidextrous" MS (wired or wireless), or there is an ergonomic mouse for left-handers available by other sellers, for example, http://www.thehumansolution.com/left-hand-ergonomic-mice.html and Google.

Otherwise, buy 4000 wired keyboard and mouse of your choice.

The only downside I see to have a separate keyboard and mouse is that you need to use the two USB ports - but most people already do.  I had two (the pointer of the mouse and presentation) wireless devices connected to a laptop without any problem of interference at all.

To answer your last question, I don't have the final answer (because I have no MS info inside), but I'm sure that you can not do anything with the transmitter/receiver that comes with a mouse without a wire and/or keyboard 99.99999%.

  • I'm about to buy the Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Desktop 7000. There are two model numbers?

    Hello.

Ive used the natural Ergo 4000 for a while now.  But now that I have a new office, I would like to get the wireless model.  I looked around and I see a WTA-00001 and version 4TQ-00001.
Anyone know the difference between the two?
Thank you very much in advance.

    Hello

Some web, research suggests that the 4TQ-00001 is black and the WTA-00001 is grey/silver in color, but you must check these results yourself.

  • Microsoft Natural ergonomic 4000 keyboard don't work via KVM / port replicator

I currently have a keyboard, mouse, two monitors and speakers attached to a KVM / port replicator that allows me to easily switch between a desktop and laptop.  I recently bought a Microsoft Natural ergonomic 4000 keyboard.  When it is plugged directly into the office, the keyboard works fine, but when connected by the KVM / Replicator port, it is not recognized and does not work.  I did bother to try it with the laptop but, given that I don't keep it if it won't work with my desktop configuration.

All the drivers for the keyboard are loaded on the PC (Win7).

What gives?  Any ideas?  I don't want to trash, but will be in the blink of an eye (more will probably say something not nice about material that is not work and play well with-the others on a review).

  • Satellite A300 does not Logitech Bluetooth receiver.

    Hello

My problem is that I don't know exactly what the problem...
I have a laptop of 1MS Satellite A300 does not have built-in Bluetooth

I have a bluetooth (MX5000 series) Logitech mouse that I installed for Windows Vista (I downloaded the latest driver of Logitech's official website)
The Logitech software for bluetotth is called set point and the Assembly says I can connect other bluetooth devices through the bluetooth mouse receiver (like a cell phone, for example).

The mouse works perfectly well, the problem starts when I try to connect my cell phone to the laptop (with the Nokia PC Suite software). I get a message that says that there is no bluetooth hardware installed. I tried to look in the bluetooth configuration control panel, but it isn't here. I can't find a folder or a tool that allows me to set up bluetooth.

I would like to know what is the problem, why my laptop does not recognize the bluetooth receiver.
I used to have installed on another laptop with Windows XP and it used to work without any problems.

I tried the receiver in all the USB ports on the laptop with no result.

    Hi guys

I can say with certainty that the Satellite A300-1 ms was not was equipped with the internal BT module and so the laptop does not recognize the Bluetooth receiver
If you want to connect to the laptop to the external BT device then you need a BT USB key for example.

    Welcome them
