I tried to change the cables, tried plugging the drive into another port (which I do not know is actually activated because I can't get on the bios). I know for a fact that the drive works. I replaced the motherboard battery. I wouldn't be able to get into the bios without any installed readers?

  Thank you. I unplugged all readers but that did not work at first. It took me ten minutes to realize I should probably remove the battery for a second. I finally had no error! messages and means able to enter setup. All disks have been disabled. That makes sense to me because 0 is enabled by default and it wouldn't give me a not found error if the port has not been activated and that I should still be able to access at least bott settings.

  Anyway, problem solved. Thanks for the help. I still want to know why he messed up.

  AppleHFS.sys/AppleMNT.sys are used to allow access to filesystems OSX JHFS +. Restoring Windows on Mac backups can be painful. If you have already fresh install of W7 on the internal drive, try the restore without installing any driver BC.
