necessary to enhance Network.http.Max - connections-per-server to javascript

I have an AJAX web application which is very sensitive the number of connections allowed by the browser. Bad things happen when the limit is set at the bottom: frozen screens, the uncommitted transactions, deadlocks, etc..

To avoid this, I need to check the current value of the configuration parameter "Network.http.Max - connections-per-server" program (i.e. javascript code) and to reject a request if the limit is too low with the instructions appropriate for the user.

I guess that's possible because "subject: config" restores all values of settings and even allows for user to change. However, the code-behind for the page is very complicated, so I can not understand how to accomplish my task. All I need is a function or a method returns the current value of a given configuration parameter.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Anatoly

You do not have access to the pref the subject: config page via a Web site.

In theory it is possible, but the user get a pop-up and must confirm each time.

    Hello, Bill Bates,.

I would say to contact support with their router blank:
  • Printer wireless HP 7510 goes - 4 station XP wireless network, w / 1 connected PC.

    Printer: HP 7510

Network: multi-user wireless through the DLink DI-632 (a PC connected to the router)

Address configuration: printer uses static IP - DHCP (192.168.15.240) outside

The printer config: each computer has static IP set in the Control Panel app, using the IP address.

Operating system: XP (Service Pack 3)

Other devices: Ipad, Xoom and Kindle Fire (work all use ePrint)

Protocol of network security: WEP (we are out of the country)

Network configuration: main router, as well as 2 (wired) access ports; currently using channels 1, 5 and 11 (again, we are in the country and have little competition for channels)

File Sharing: All machines on a network have a player to 'share' open, accessible with passwork.

Scenario: Wireless computers seem to stay connected for several days to a week at a time. (Restart us every week, just like a POS)

Computer that is connected to the network loses communication with the printer a couple of times a day and needs to be rebooted in order to re-establish the connection.

When this happens, other machines continue to print and scan, without any problem and the wired machine continues to have its name displayed in the SCAN on the printer control panel - but the printer won't talk to her.   All network functions, including internet and intranet access to SAP of the printer is always available.  I noticed that if I go in checking ink levels, however, that the ink control software behaves differently.

Normally in the application of the ink status, there is a small icon of 'work' with 6 points. When this computer is connected properly, it will start to jump around the circle, showing activity, get 41% and then view ink status info.  When connecting the printer and the computer does not work, the icon of 'work' will go to a few percent, then go to the information page printer, showing the brand, model, serial number, etc. level firmware.

In all cases to date, reboot (without any other action) brings the connection of the printer and the computer to life - until the next time.  I will try to find any other model of this behavior, just cannot identify it again.

I started with the installation of regular vanilla, but then all the computers on the network would always connections, about every 45 minutes. Using the info on this forum, I eliminated the dropouts for these printers and got static IP solutions (we did this anyway for the years with net lending machines).  It's the last machine which "falls" it seems that some piece of software that are required HP is 'stall' or began to hurt, but I can't see a model, same check and note the different software used locally on the computer and various Web sites visited. So far, no reason.

I hope the guru of the HP with access to the source for the software status "supply of ink" can take a look at what is happening and why always go to 41% and then view the status of the ink (when connected) and then just stop a few percent and view the status of ink (when it is not connected).

    Thank you, in advance,

    Jim

  • Unable to connect to the network with wireless connection on Windows 7.

    Original title: wireless Internet access

I have good network and internet connectivity when I am connected via CAT - 5 to my router/modem.  However, when I access the wireless network, I always have good connectivity and access to internet but can't send or receive emails or access Web sites.  My client browser and internet messaging turns just until it times out.  Any ideas on the cause of this problem?

    Hi Michael,

Thanks for posting on the Microsoft Community.

I understand that you are unable to access e-mails or browse the site when you are connected using wireless network. I appreciate your time and patience to try to resolve the problem.

    1. What is the brand and model of the computer?
    2. What internet browser do you use?
    3. What mail client do you use?
    4. You receive an error message?

This can occur due to missing updates, hardware or software problem on the computer.

  • ISE max connection failures

In ISE, is - anyone know if the tally for the failures of maximum connection for accounts invited (found under settings > comments > political portal page) is one per session or cumulative setting during the lifetime of the account? The County never resets and is there a way to display the current number of connections that have failed?

Our use case, is that we have guest accounts that distributed to multiple hosts (for example for a hosted conference or special event). We had a couple of this type of accounts get suspended because of hitting max connection failures. We have increased the adjustment, but I would like to understand the parameters more has some of the guest accounts must apply to a significant period of time.

This is per session, when logged in successfully, the counter is reset.

  • Unable to connect to the home network after you connect to the internet at Duke University

Noteboook W7 Pro cannot reconnect to the network after you connect to the internet as a comments/visitor at Duke University.  The Duke system is predatory changes to my computer, and I can't fix it with the restoration of the system.   The home network is a Windows workgroup with most XP, no password only required machines.  This has happened in the past when the guest was an XP machine too, and then he had something to do with the DNS settings.  Cost me a lot of time and anguish and loss of productivity.

    Hello

    1. do you get an error message? If Yes, what is the exact full error message?

    2. are you able to connect to the internet?

See the help article and check if it helps.

    Method 1

Identify and resolve home network problems

Networking of computers running different versions of Windows

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/networking-home-computers-running-different-versions-of-Windows#section_2

Method 2: Check if the problem persists in the boot.

To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

How to solve the problem by running the clean boot in Windows 7

Note: Once you have completed troubleshooting, perform the steps in the step 7: to reset the computer as usual.

  • Network error IOException: connection refused

    Hello everyone,

However, on my computer, I have SQL Server 2008 and the connection to the SQL Server 2005 SQL Server Management Studio database server is a success...

    I have already tried:

    (1) close SQL Developer
    (2) create a sqldeveloper.cmd file in the root directory of SQL Developer
    (3) with the following content
    SET CD = % ORACLE_HOME
    Start sqldeveloper.exe

    You have an idea?

Connection refused tends to involve the wrong port. Can you check the configuration of your connection in SS Management Studio and check the port?
