  2. I can't find the networks without wire in my phone.

  3. I can send info via bluetooth, but it cannot receive (after the coupling with other phones of course).

  4. can I transfer my messages in the "SMS SIM Card Inbox" folder in the folder "Inbox SMS"?

  No problem!  I'm just sorry I can't do more to help!  If you explain in detail the situation of your carrier, I hope they can get you operational.  You may also call Vodafone in Germany to see if they will release your phone IMEI # and PIN # in order to work with your network.  Unfortunately I don't know a lot about this fact (just what I've seen here on the forums), but maybe someone else who has done this before will see this and can help more!

  If you do not hear anything someone else on this, try to start a new thread with the following title: "need help with get data service on a Storm 9500 unlocked from a different network."

  This should be able to get more attention to others who have experienced similar problems and managed to solve it.

• NEED HELP PLEASE blackBerry smartphones

  I am on a trip to Spain for a month and just started two days ago. I bought the 8830 World phone. I was advised, through Verizon Wireless, that it is advisable to install a security password, just in case thephone was stolen. It has been implemented with a service representative verizon customer. I used it end for the last day and a half and then recently, when I entered the password is a password that is numbered, it began to show the corresponding letters and not the normal askurisks (sp) to hind the password.   It will not erase the SIM card, it will wipe away the memory of all contacts, addresses, calendar, preferences, etc.  If your device still works, and you will get a service, just you will lose information stored in memory.

  Probably, what is common, when you enter the initial password, you thought that you have entered the numbers and entered instead of alpha characters.

  Or you have entered the first in a number and the other as alpha... and you didn't because it is obscured by the asterisk.

  You should try a different combo of characters, and I hope you get it right the next test.

  On your home screen, click on manage connections > connections and networks > Mobile network.  Make sure that your data Services have the value IT.  Now, go back two screens and uncheck the Mobile network at the top.  In this way, you don't use all network data, but you will not receive also calls or texts.  If you leave your Mobile network connection on your BlackBerry should default to your Wi - Fi connection and should not use data from any network.

• Need help from blackBerry Smartphones to transfer Contacts from Blackberry 8800 for Blackberry Storm 9530

  I tried to use the Desktop Manager software supplied and had two phones connected via USB to my PC.

  I made sure to uncheck the transfer of everything except DATA, which was the only solution. I had no way to go just in a finer selection, like the ability to select only Contacts.

  The Desktop Manager has replaced during ALL my DATA on the storm, including the default mail server, etc..

  I was still able to make calls, but could not receive email or messages from BB because it crushed everything I had

  Can someone direct me as to how to properly use the Desktop Manager so I can just transfer my Contacts.

  Did you use the switch device Wizard in the BlackBerry Desktop Manager?

  Do... to make a complete backup of the 8800 using Desktop Manager > backup. Make a note of where on your PC that the backup is saved as well as the name.

  Now connect the new storm device to the USB port, open Desktop Manager again. Open the backup/restore > advanced.

  Find the backup file in the left pane (use file > open if it does not appear immediately). Located in the database of the address book on the left side and click on the right arrow in the middle to move data to the new device. Follow the prompts and complete the process.

  I recently downloaded a new theme for my Bold 9700 so when I rebooted my phone to get the theme to start it would freeze to my homepage. My needing a reboot thus Scoremobile app so I am now glued to my home screen by looking at a screen applications permissions for my scoremoblie. I can't move, I can't type, but there are certain movements in the bottom of the screen of my new theme.

  I took my battery, my sim card, rebooted the number countless times, but the result is always the same. My BB keeps freezing on the home screen with this screen to open application permissions. If there is no solution for this I am more than willing to try. Thanks for your help.

  Try to start your phone in safe mode.  Once it is in this mode, you should be able to get the deleted theme (which is recommended if this is the origin of this problem) and go beyond the screen on which you're stuck.  Here is the path to access the secure mode:

• Need help from blackBerry Smartphones: send files via Bluetooth for my Curve 8900

  Hi all

  Earlier this week, I made the change to a BB and overall I am very happy with it, but there is a thing that is annoying on the phone and despite my efforts and a lot of tinkering, I was not able to solve this problem, I'm looking for help.

  I try to send files to other Bluetooth devices to my BB 8900 and I can't do work of t. strangely, I can send my BB files to other Bluetooth devices with no problems but I can't send things on my device.

  but in vain.

  In a nut shell, I enabled bluetooth on my camera, I made detectable and combined with other devices that I am trying to transfer files from, I went into options of the terminal for these devices and their confidence, and then I tried to send files.

  If I send from another phone (LG viewty) or Nokia E61i, I get an error message indicating that "send failed".

  If I send a computer that was paired, I select the file I want to send > right click > sent to > Bluetooth > other and select my BB8900 in the list of paired devices. At this point, the computer appears to try to send the file, but I am presented with an error message indicating "file transfer Service is not found on device BB8900."

  Why is this? How do I am able to send files to my BB 8900 but not sent to it, and what can I do to solve this problem?

  This problem is causing me a lot of grief that I have given on other phones, I need to transfer to my new BB, unfortunately I do not have a USB cable to one of the phones, so Bluetooth is the best alternative.

  I have now managed to successfullty receive pictures and audio files on my BB.

  Upgrade to 5.0 when received from NewEgg, option browser is empty, phone connetcs wifim local but unable to use it. I also downloaded and installed Opera Mini, but still will not come out any comms via the wifi connection.

  Help, I have reinstalled the Os download several times with no success.

I spent every day with their tech support staff to give me all the wrong reasons why I can not connect via the browser. (I get an error message saying that I need to contact the provider). I can get it Facebook through the application, but nothing when you select browser. Usually, whenever I call their solution is to remove the battery. Finally someone tells me to go to the repair shop of Zains allowed (Mobile 2000) where they barely speak English. They show me a list of people having exactly the same problem, it is several pages long. Repair tell me that no matter what SIMM, chip I use (other carriers) I'm having the same problem. I've updated the de.246 software, all good selections made in the Setup program. I'm ready to go for Android... no solution other than that?

• Cannot close browser to blackBerry Smartphones

  I opened my browser, went to a few pages and when I was ready to return to my first page, I hit the Blackberry button, scrolled down to back and pressed, but nothing happened. Then I tried to hit close, but nothing is happening. The Blackberry menu is open and I can use the trackball to scroll through all the options, but when clicked nothing happens.   Whenever you lose one option or start troubleshooting do a battery pull to reset the unit.

  Turn the power off is not the same.

  No data will be lost when you do the following: remove the battery while the device is activated.
  Remplacer replace after one minute, let the device reboot 1-3 min, see if the problem is corrected.
