  I think that you´re in serious trouble now. If you have ever tried to get a recovery, unfortunately without success to an ASP, you will need to buy one in the United Kingdom.
  It would be best to contact a partner registered in the city of you´ve bought the machine and ask them for a replacement of your lost recovery.

  If you want to install MCE WXP you need product recovery media. This image of the installations cannot be downloaded. You need to order. It can be done by the partner of service allowed in your country, or you can try to order it directly under http://backupmedia.toshiba.eu.

  On the CD of tools and utilities, you can find the Toshiba drivers and utilities, but without the Windows operating system. Only the restore CD contains the image of the operating system with all the drivers.
  Stefan suggested, you can use the original CD of Microsoft Windows to install fresh OS Win or you will order this CD of the ASP from Toshiba.
