Need help! I need to reinstall LR5.5 on a new computer, but have lost the key to the previous version 4, which was probably on the packaging. I have the key to Version 5 upgrade, but LR is also claiming the old key (lost) - Please HELP!
I bought LR4 in 2012 on amazon, and I can't find the package containing the key again. I have to move to a new computer now and LR5 keeps asking me for the key of the old version, but I only have the upgrade key that I bought in 2013 by Adobe.
When I installed LR5 on my old computer last year, I had of course always the key, because I can see that it had been entered on the Help menu, but there are only points for the numbers.

my old computer is running vista and I had hundreds of bookmarks on many issues, but I can't find these during the exploration of the old drive. I guess that I can't use the ease of import that I would not be able to access the browser firefox itself on the old drive, but I was hoping that the bookmarks would be stored somewhere accessible
Please follow the instructions on this webpage http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Show-hidden-files to show hidden files. Then click Start-> computer-> your old player-> users-> your username-> APPDATA\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\, and follow the remaining instructions in the support article. Let me know if it helps.

I bought a new computer. I reinstalled my Photoshop CS6 leave a DVD, but when I entered the serial number I get the message "you are not connected to internet" while I was. I have "pussy" with Naveen on customer support and after 20 minutes he told me to go to the following link and reinstall through it: http://www.adobe.com/sea/downloads/other-downloads.html
This led to the same exact scenario only it took me over 2 hours to download CS6. I then contacted the 'Support Portal online' to ask for additional help. It was 2 days ago and I still have to be contacted and assisted with my problem. Any help or ideas out there?

My computer died recently. I had the right to install applications on two different machines. My new Mac is here and my panic to get back to work by using the CC apps, I reinstalled the on the new machine. Now I'm able to use them on my laptop because I wasn't able to disable out old Mac applications and this is why Adobe think I used my two installs.

You can actually have installed creative cloud and on two computers, signed as long as you don't use it on one at a time. Download and install as you did on the first computer, sign in to your Adobe account on the Adobe using your Adobe ID website, download the desktop app from clouds, then download the software. Sign on a computer that should not be used: log in and log out of the desktop Adobe Creative Cloud application

I get the following error message: gone the requested resource / is no longer available on this server and there is no forwarding address. Remove all references to this resource. Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument directive to manage demand. IE & Chrome work very well - and the previous version of Firefox (10.0.1) also worked. Looking for a fix or I need to give up Firefox. Thank you.
Found the problem - it's a HT Access file on the site itself. Deleted the file and 10.0.2 works very well.
