  Not looking properly!
  The A210 is old. Drivers are moved to * archives * e box.

  So in + product + type (first option) you can choose * archives * instead of laptop!

  I think the microphone is completely because of the wrong settings.
  Go to control panel-> sounds and audio devices-> advanced and check the Microphone volume controller. It must be set to the highest level.
  Also, press the button under the (forward) mic controller. Then a new window (advanced controls for microphone) should appear and allow you the Mic Boost.

  Yesterday, I tried to connect my keyboard to my mini HP numbers, but it did not work.  I am sure that the problem is the driver, as I was able to connect to my HP laptop with Vista, without any problem.

  The keyboard is a keyboard of ten Note X TK01 USBM.  In the back are the words "Arvel TK01 = USBM Ten keyboard, S? N 990500424, made in China.

  You can locate a driver for me so I can install it on my HP Mini?

  Dear Brigitte, it was one of those anomalies that solve themselves.  After trying several times, I found the pad of numbers worked so I replugged it it after that I received the error message.  Second time around, it works fine.  JC

  I am trying to upgrade my windows 8.1 to win 10 (Toshiba Satellite C50-A483) and when I contact Microsoft they asked me about product key for my victory 8.1. I can't find.

  The product key is labeled in the back of my laptop

  For the original version of OS that you got with your laptop, you don't need key product for activation. Whenever you install original recovery image Windows is automatically activated.

  In the past product key label was placed on the bottom of the laptop. New model do not have it.
  Unfortunately you can not do more. Valid product key is part of the original image recovery only and cannot be used for any other activation.

  I think the latest BIOS for your M40 with ATI Radeon graphics card, it's the 1.70 version that is available in Windows and traditional format.

  There is a version 2.00, but it's only for the M40 with Intel graphics card.
