    I'm sharing two great videos with customers. An AVI 640 MB and a 4 GB AVI.

    I shows that I put my 20 GB available if the ability should be fine.

    After that a few unsuccessful attempts using the web service to download, I discovered that there is a limit of 1 GB (but wasn't even 640 MB file).

    I went to the service desk (where the file size limit is 5 GB) and transferred successfully the 640 MB file. The 4 GB file has not yet download - nor have I received any notification that the upload didn't - after 3 hours of the bar indicating the progress of progression.

    I have re-edited the video for my client--down to a file size of 1 GB - with just the basic stuff, so I could drive a flash drive on his place to deliver the full version by hand.

    Once the download has failed again, but this time I was able to access an error message simply stating that there is a server error.

    I am very disappointed. Despite the many within the system (I'm sure) and spent the better part of 24 hours trying to provide to a customer, CC file synchronization failed me.

    Now, before you go all Ninja in anger against Adobe, is there anything that I did wrong? I really want to think the best of this new Service CC.

    Can anyone shed some light on how I can share files in CC?

    Legal issues currently prevent us from sharing certain types of files.  We hope to have somewhat in the future for users to share their own MP4 content.

    For future reference, here is the current list of non shareable file types - in addition to executable programs:

    video/mp4

    audio/x-mpeg
    audio/x-mpeg3

    I lost several hours I woke to find that the file video I had exported to my creative cloud at night was not downloaded because it is "too big".

    I really can't understand why a business offering services to the creative community with a paid for called creative cloud service will allow customers to download large files. As if the sharing of large files is something unusual for people working in the industry!

    Very disappointed by this, and he will certainly wonder if it's worth my money. Fortunately, google docs has no such stupid limitations, so I can use their free storage space for it.

    With CC for the desktop application, you can upload files up to 5 GB. If you try to download anything more, you can see some unexpected errors.

    With creative cloud site, you can upload files up to 1 GB. If you try to download anything more, you can see a few Chess Download unexpected

    A project file AE does not contain assets that you have placed in the project. It simply records the links on assets. If you plan to work on a project on another computer, you must either have your files in a shared location (creative brief, Cloud, Dropbox, etc.) or use the command collect files to put everything with you.

    In this case, there is a jpg file that is missing. What you see is the space reserved for the missing images.

    I have the app already installed on my computer, I'm pretty sure of (I am connected, and the icon is still present in the top right of my screen).

    This is a known bug that we are working at this time. Sorry! You can file your own experience here.

    Right. You must save a separate project once per day at a minimum, copy so that you have several backups in place. Make sure automatic backup is running.

Is no big deal it was empty here at this point, but the problem is that the launch of the creative cloud I always a message that me file says that the and not found and so I have to turn off sync.     I think that all you need to do is to move the location of the creative Cloud Files folder - is this OK?

    1. Open the CC app
    2. Select the drop Cog in the top right
    3. Select Preferences
    4. There are two tabs from the menu, general and "Creative Cloud" - select the 'Creative cloud' menu tab
    5. Under which there are 4 tabs in the menu: applications, files, fonts and Behance - select the tab of the menu files
    6. You will see a 'File location' option, simply use the drop-down list to change the location of the creative cloud files folder.

    I hope this gets you work - if not just send a response and we can figure out what to do next.

  • Virus found in the records of Creative Cloud Files After app update on 28:th July

    Hi all!

    After several long hours sync today, Creative cloud finally comes to rest in this marathon-sync. However, there was a warning that some files will not download cause of what they contain viruses. (See URL pasted). http://1drv.Ms/1VMfowR

    The files that are supposed to have viruses located in my folder, "2015\Required\Plug-Ins\Measurements F:\Creative Cloud Adobe Photoshop CC.
    All this happened after
    is today (July 28) updated three applications creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop CC 2015, Adobe Media Encoder CC 2015 and Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2015).

    During the update, I stopped the sync and when updates have to do, I did it again. This is! Virus in Adobe products?
    The thing is that I had a virus for years. What makes it even more scary, is that I now have viruses isolated in my folder where Cloud Creative has his backup and that I pay some 61 USD
    (525 SEK) / month in subscription programs Adobe.  This sux!

    The big question is, are the files really infected or they are somehow corrupt. I scanned the whole "F:\Creative Cloud Files"- and ESET online scannerfolder with Windows Defender . Nothing wrong was found. However, reading some old poster in this forum - they apparently had problems before with the virus in what today is creative cloud.

    If you are not alone, LuziAnne and I'm sorry for the support that you got was... None.


    Anyone else having issues of the last days and of course; a solution.

    Just a word of warning on the deletion of these files and folders. If you need them for Photoshop plugins and you move from this place they can stop working in Photoshop. I would say that you keep you plugins in creative cloud folder and install them elsewhere on your system. Maybe your posture in the creative cloud location of the files as a backup etc.?

    I will continue to work with internal teams on that for you. Could also provide me with the exact filenames of files that download and are captured in the virus scan?, you might even share files with me through a creative Collaboration of Cloud using my email address [email protected]. I suspect that this is a false positive virus scan for some reason any.

  • What I need to download creative cloud in order to update to Photoshop CS5?

    A few days ago, I've upgraded to OS X Yosemite version 10.10.1 since doing so, Photoshop does not work properly and can't save new files. I'm on an iMac, but have only 75 GB of unused storage of 500 GB. I need to free up space before that I can download updates? I need to download creative cloud? I started to install updates from Adobe from the drop of Photoshop Photoshop/help/updates to date. The installation was going along fine, then it stopped. I don't know if my computer went to sleep or the surge protector fell asleep or if the installation is stopped for another reason, but when I tried to continue is I said QUIT and try again I did, but I get the same error message:

    "Some updates could not be installed.
    There was an error downloading this update. Quit and try again. »

    I quit and restarted several times and I still get the same message.

    I need to download creative cloud first? Where should I start?

  • How can I get the option of working on my creative Cloud files?

    I'm trying to enable collaboration on my Adobe site Muse and am following the instructions on the Adobe help chart.  However, when I click that I do not have the option to right click collaborate.  Do I need a certain subscription for this or what I am doing wrong?

    This morning, I've connected and started working as usual. When I went to save on I noticed a new folder in the Bridge, called "Creative Cloud Files (unknown) without data in it. Weird, but what ever. So I recorded my file and dinked around a structure of files and cleaned a little. I have noticed that my sharing icon disappeared from records and questioned on this subject, but kept the job because I'm on a deadline.

    So now it is wobbly data to the new file folder that does not match the original file of CC. I don't know where are my latest files and some files are all simple missing. I'm increased and confused about what is happening. Can someone shed some light on this?

Then, it creates a main folder and begins to synchronize the content of the identification of new.

    The bug I mentioned earlier occurs, as the app believes an ID selector took place and as such, moves the current record of Creative Cloud Files and attempts to annex the already signed in ID. As no switch actually took place, it manifests as (unknown).  The application then creates a main folder to synchronize the data.

    What you end up with is essentially a creative Cloud Files folder with your new synchronized data and a creative Cloud Files (unknown) folder that contains duplicate data.

    This happens once, after the last update.

    The solution is to simply delete the (unknown) Creative Cloud Files folder.

    I recommend that ensure you that you have no pending change you can do offline and you check the contents of the folder new, main designer Cloud Files contains everything you expect of him.  If this is not the case, check the contents of the creative Cloud files (unknown).

    If there is still an incompatibility with your data, you can check on creative.adobe.com to confirm that your data is there.

    They are just GONE - and has a record that still has a "!" on each subfolder and file so that they are not properly synchronize. WHERE ARE THEY?   • Creative Cloud Files, do not at all synchronization?

    I therefore just subscribed in the cloud of Adobe creative, installed all the programs I need and tried the Cloud Storage, which unfortunately did not work.

    I installed the application of CC desktop and activated the storage cloud from there. However, the folder and the files that I put in the creative Cloud files were not uploaded.

    Then I tried to create a folder using the access by browser. Creating the folder was no problem, but again, it does not appear in my local Creative Cloud Files folder.

    I tried also to activate the backup option Auto project in Premiere Pro. But the first told me I need to install the creative Cloud desktop application and set up the cloud storage (which I've done). Synchronize settings of Premiere Pro is not as well.

    I restarted my computer and reinstall the creative application of cloud, neither of which had no effect. I installed the creative application of cloud on my desktop and on my laptop, file synchronization does not work on both devices.

    Maybe I am doing something wrong? Or, as I just started the subscription yesterday (using sampling for payment; money has not yet been charged), CC file synchronization is not yet unlocked or something like that?

    I don't have the notification or error messages, it does not at all. None of the Adobe programs is blocked in my firewall. Any ideas on what could cause this or how to fix it?

    Creative Cloud files are stored in your CC account synchronized.

    Document Cloud files are the only pdfs stored with the sync Acrobat DC system.

    The two are separate storage options. However, the DC option synchronizes perfectly with all your versions of Acrobat (mobile, desktop, etc.)
