Hello
Here are the different ways to reinstall vista

they do it for a nominal cost of $
also ask them if you have a recovery partition on your hard drive to get back to the way you bought
you would normally press F10 or F11 or Alt + F10, 0 at startup to start the recovery process according to the manufacturer
Ask them of the exact key sequence
or borrow a microsoft dvd vista
Make sure that you borrow the correct 32-bit or 64-bit microsoft dvd to your computer
they contain all versions of vista

Need to reinstall Vista, but don't have a recovery disk or a Vista disk
Hello.
I have a Sony Vaio CR series (model VGN-CR36G/B) laptop. It comes with Windows Vista Home Premium OEM. I don't have a disk of Vista when I bought my computer. Also, I received no recovery discs, although I had a recovery partition set up on top of the computer.
My hard drive has experienced a total mechanical failure, which means that I could not recover all the data. I now have a new hard drive cool. My question is, since I've paid for Vista delivered during the purchase of the computer, can I get a DVD of Vista now Microsoft? I am currently in the United States, which means that contact with Sony Center India (where I bought the computer) will take time. I have my Windows product key. Who will be of any help?
Thank you.

I need to reinstall Windows Vista, but it's come with a disk when I bought my computer. How can I get a copy of it?
1. call the manufacturer of your computer, ask a set of recovery disks. The entire cost is low and the money is well spent.
The game allows you to restore your computer. Ask a manul on how to use the recovery discs.2. While the site of the computer manufacturer, ask to speak to a technician. Ask the person to teach you how to access your computer, Partition Recovery and utilization of the partition to restore your computer to factory State.
3. see if you can find a friend who has a Microsoft Vista Installation DVD. Borrow it and reinstall Vista using your product key from the computer.

My desktop has windows xp media center edition with Service Pack 3 for years, there work and maybe it's time to junk food, however my laptop has windows vista, which I don't like, I have seen windows 7 and am not fond of him either, so what can I do? When I load the system restore disks that it doesn't load until a certain point where it says it is to copy the files, then tells me that the restore is complete. When to start again, I said the file "
\system32\hal.dll ' is corrupted or missing and reinstall... How do I do that? Thanks for any help. SADA
I'm writing this in case others have had the same problem, I had and it was impossible to restore.
When I pressed "del" and got the installer, I looked in the first box, product information.
This info was typed in a field of google search on a working pc, and I discovered that I could restore my pc by pressing the ALT key and pressing F8 repeatedly. It will work for Acer Asprire anyway. Just an idea for all those who were distraught as I was and knew nothing about the restoration or what my pc really was. I was lucky and got my restored xp, it works ok and I enjoy it once more.
Good luck to all of you who have had the same problem I did.
Whenever I turn on my pc, I find the time to scan the disk and chjeck to find errors etc, just to try to avoid
have a pc unstabel again.

I understand that you now have returned back to factory settings and have installed all updates except for service packs.
.
You will need to install the required service packs-

Compaq Presario CQ50-139wm system restore disks required
I have a laptop Compaq Presario CQ50-139wm. The hard drive has been damaged without repair possible and I put a new hard drive in it, but I have system restore disks. They are no longer available for purchase. Anyone know where I can get a set? The original operating system is Windows Vista.
Hello:
I don't see that HP has them.
It would link to the recovery media to order on the Vista 32 bit laptop driver page.
But can call HP and ask first. Maybe you can order them by phone and they would cost less ordering them to surgeons in the computer.
If HP does no more, you can still get this provider on the link below.

I got Photoshop elements 13 (install the disk version, install the download version) as a gift, but don't have a hard drive on my HP Ultrabook. After you enter the redemption code to get the serial number, I expected (seemingly naively) to have the possibility to choose a downloadable version of the product to begin the installation. Anyone know if there is a way to redeem this for get a downloadable version?
the program is free. the serial number to activate is what costs money (and what you received if all goes well in this gift).

Satellite L 40 Vista Premium - cannot read the original system restore disk
My satellite L40 was bought a year ago, and so far I never needed the system restore CD. But now I have a missing system file so I will try to re - install. But my computer will not read the CD, if I insert it before starting my computer or windows Vista.
Is there a way I can download the CD to restore the system on the Internet?Hello
No you can't download because that would hurt microsoft license stuff. I recommend you ask a partner in your country for replacement, if your machine is still under warranty.
Please go here and find the service provider nearest to them for help.
