  Do you have what database (and version) installed? Did you run the Net Assistent Configuration to configure your SQLNET. ORA and TNSNAMES. ORA files? Are you able to connect to the database using SQL * more? If so, copy the files sqlnet.ora and tnsnames.ora from your database directory in your repertoire of forms of Oracle (ORACLE of HOME%\Network\Admin %).

There is a new setting of Windows 8 on top normal settings in the power settings.

  Be aware that setting how long time should pass before asking to specify a password is required is a per-user setting, so if you need to change the default value of 15 minutes, it takes to each user created on the system.

  For me, I took me 1 minute rather than always for all users, as it is pleasant, if after an accidental sleep, a user can always resume immediately. But the foregoing I have a password.

After resetting my preference signon.importedFromSqlite on the topic: config page by default, deleted the file logins.json in the current profile folder and then I drugs and dropped my old code of my saved files file and VOILA!   It seems that your username and passoword are saved in your browser. You cannot remove from tools > Options > Security > saved passwords Panel. Also you can enable/disable this password box do not forget in the same pane.

  Start with the standard:

  admin = admin

  password = password (or leave the field blank)

  This assumes, of course, you have not used EWS (built-in web server) and a password for her before - what you CAN do using the integrated Web server.  Once you do not set a password using the EWS page, whenever you want to watch some settings, set some parameters, you must enter the password that you set up.
