  I have Acer Aspire ATC-605-UR13.

  In the course of the last 4 weeks, suddenly the keyboard is not detected at the login screen. The mouse works.

  Still, I have to restart to make the keyboard work.

  P.S.: Btw, I tried a new keyboard, the same behavior. I have concluded that this is not the keyboard.

  This problem has been reported after that install some recently released update of windows... Currently the ability to perform a restore of the system to an earlier date. You can also try to uninsatlling updates of windows manually from Control Panel > windows update.

• Need for Satellite A60 USB controller driver

  Hello

  This is my first time here, so please forgive if I look 'amateur' :)

  I had to reformat my pc and had a hard time finding drivers.

  * I need still a usb controller driver * (code 28 in my device - do not installed Manager!). I'm looking for 2 days now and can't seem to find someone who works.

  The funniest is that one of my works of ports usb (the one on the right side), but do not have the other 2 in the back.

  Well, there are no special USB drivers.
  USB drivers are part of the Microsoft Windows operating system.

  You must install Microsoft service pack 2 and should update the XP in the current state.

• SSHD Toshiba MQ01ABD100H - Firmware / data recovery problem

  Hello!
  I have the mission critical data on a MQ01ABD100H of Toshiba to SSHD which was in a Sony VAIO for less than one year who decided to stop working from one day to the next. All I care about is the data. A professional data recovery company apparently reputable rated player, told me that it was a "mechanical failure", said they could recover the data and gave me a quote of $1500.00. A week later I was told something different; They said the platters and heads seem to agree and the problem seems to be on the circuit board and/or flash drive, and they didn't know how to recover the data. They told me that they have consulted Toshiba too. I asked them if they replaced the pcb Board and they would not tell me or answer questions more. I have the drive in my hands and am looking for options. I really believe that my data is recoverable if the trays are okay, right?

  Here's what I know for sure; the bios of the machine of Sony VAIO Windows 8.1, correctly recognizes the drive. However, it does not start and is not accessible or recognized with cmd prompt Windows 8.1 UEFI options. The drive is not encrypted. After putting the reader into an external enclosure and its connection to another Win8.1 machine, the player starts with no extreme sounds of survey. Slowly, she clicks a few times as if the heads are looking, but then calms down and keeps running quietly. I have installed a Data Rescue PC3 software that recognizes the drive and its attributes correctly but can't read or clone. I have the Partition Wizard software mini tool, which recognizes the drive correctly, but shows the drive as being unreadable.

  That's what I'm trying to do. I'm looking for a donor on mine, with the same model drive, date, firmware, site, number of PCBS, hard drive code.

  Now, here is my unknowns and I appreciate everyone a preview with these. I don't know where the firmware is stored, is there a rom chip or is it stored in the Flash Player. I'm not certain if, with this model of SSHD, if this can be done with replacement of the chip or the software? If it is stored on the Flash drive how is available independent of the HHD part? Must the reader Flash itself be harvested? But what happens if the flash player is bad, how can the firmware ever be recovered? Any ideas anyone? ... other than myself shot in the head, I'm kidding. I think that this may be a common problem that will often not resolved.

  I am not an expert but if applications cannot access the data and cannot read data from the SSHD then you will need professional help...

• Satellite L650 - recovery leads to deadlock

  I have a Satellite L650 my wife here. It has become quite slow and don't respond very well, so my wife asked me to re - install 'as costs of the store.

  Yes, I did a recovery DVDs! So, I put in, pulled up to the laptop and went through the recovery procedure. Only, when it comes to install computer file 10/10 askes me to insert the recovery with the file F:\\ZZimg\13462XSP10.swm media. But I have the DVD of restoration of a single, I don't HAVE a second drive with this file!

  Now what to do? Does anyone have an idea?

  It's pretty stupid situation now and, as far as I know, you can't do anything on this subject.
  It is possible that something goes wrong with the creation of recovery disks.

  I created a few models of Toshiba recovery disc and I need still two empty DVD for creation of recovery media. If you say by the creation of recovery media, you need a single drive only I believe you but unfortunately you cannot complete the installation of image recovery now.

  In my opinion, you have only two options:
  -to install the OS using the Microsoft installation disc (you must pay for the license) or
  d ' order new original drive by Toshiba Recovery

  Sorry, but I don't know what else you can do about it.

• New Sony Walkman Z MP3 Android Player Review/issues

  Hey guys, I'm doing this thread to talk about some of the benefits and disadvantages of the new Walkman (NWZ-Z1050) Z pro.

  I pre-ordered the 16 gb version and I got it for about 6 days as the time of this post.

  PRO - it's a great MP3, the preamp and the tone controls as well as the basic audio performance is amazing. I used to have an itouch and ipod before that and the walkman puts both of these devices, to shame. The headphones provided also give these good bass and clarity it is hard to believe that they are in stock for this drive. Overall, a superior player.

  The rest of the features are also interesting. It has a screen larger than the equivalent Apple, walkman is 4.3 inch, iphone is only 3.3. The real droid OS is great even though it has its problems, I will write later. Being an android, you have access to the android market which has loads of great apps as well for entertainment and utility. Most of the user interface run smoothly, but there are some quirks that need to unravel.

  CON - like I said before, the Sony Walkman Z 16 gb has some problems, though fairly minor.

  When you play in the interface switching mode standby mode and pulling against the built in widget Walkman, the likes of player to jump and drop in the pace and sometimes have to press the button 4 times to activate the widgets. The Walkman widget problem is with the actual Walkman button, NOT the buttons on the touch screen but the touch screen seem to be insensitive to my contact. Good, maybe it's just my fingers. However, the touch screen buttons are not without their issues. There are errors of recognition when you go to unlock the drive and pace fall horribly and low rate continues in navigation in the menus, and lasts for several seconds. IT IS VERY ANNOYING TO YOUR WALKMAN EVERY TIME YOU SLEEP AND YOU WILL NEED TO RE-ENABLE BACK TO SELECT A NEW OPERATION!

  Another problem I've had is you unlock the player and the Office rises and you press the button music player standing at the bottom of the screen (the one with the notes of music as an icon), you really need still 2-3 seconds for the device recognize that I actually supported it. Very annoying if you try to select a different song once every 5 minutes.

  The latest issue of the note I have with the Walkman is whenever I use a pre load live wallpaper or wallpaper downloaded from an official editor android app, it does not save from use to use. Let me explain, I'll install the live wallpaper smoke or downloaded him matrix falling letter wallpaper and set it as my desktop wallpaper. The wallpaper loads correctly and everything will be fine until the battery dies or I decide to turn it off. When I go to turn it back on, my drive came back to the wallpaper by default neon line as if I had never set a different wallpaper in the first place.

  Don't get me wrong, the Sony Walkman Z is a phenomenal player and even if I only got it for a week, I like it. To be honest, I think that the fundamental issues can be ironed out in a patch or two, but I want that everybody is aware, including you, Sony, there are a few problems with the product. Still however, it is a great mp3 player and will not technically still appear in stores until tomorrow!

  PS: In hindsight I wanted to write that I bought the 16 GB version and NOT the 8 GB version. That said I still don't think that 16 GB is enough to be able to download and use all kinds of media; I have some downloaded games and about 1000 songs on my walkman and I have only 1 gig left. FWIW, to splurge a little extra money and opt for the 32 GB

  I was able to use bootcamp to create a windows bootable flash drive. I was able to create a 160 GB partition to install Windows. I could reboot and start Windows to install. • EliteBook 8460p: missing 8460p Elitebook drivers

  I had to reinstall windows on it and there are several missing drivers, including the WIFI driver.  I tried to download the drivers from HP, but they havn't worked.  Any ideas?  I tried looking for drivers online, but everything I've found are foreign sites that seem questionable.

  This laptop was missing several drivers; a single USB port worked, the displaly was kind of weird, no sound...  I tried raising the ID of driver from Device Manager and research which did not.  The selection of drivers for this model HP did not provide all the drivers I needed (still no WiFi, no sound, no USB).  I installed a wifi USB adapter into the USB to work to get on the internet.  I found a site for Driver Mender, paid $40 and let the site examine the laptop.  I did not let an unknown site can access, but the machine was useless other wise.  Driver Mender replaced missing drivers and updated the rest.  I don't seem to have any viruses or malware.  I uninstalled the USB WIFI; and the machine seems to work perfectly.   It was fast (given the amount of repair that has been done, much faster than me trying to follow each driver individually) and value for money.

  Your misguided use of registry cleaners is the troublemaker more likely here. If you had agreed to by default CCleaner prompt to save backups of changes using the registry cleaner, simply restore these backups (followed by a reboot) probably would fix anything.

  But since you don't have any backups, your only recourse now is to format the hard drive & then perform a new installation of Windows.

  At the top of the timeline, there is (-) and (+) synbols, click the plus sign (+) symbol and you can each time frame is more tender. You need still longer, until it agin clicks. It shows in the timeline panel.
