  I am interested if it is possible to change a drive letter of the system. My windows was originally installed on c:, but then I found that it is on d:. Maybe it was because I inserted a disc with another Windows in my pc. So, if the computer sees it has letter c: with windows he used d:. I put t know. But 98.5 percent of register use c:.   EU back from vacation to find the topic/buttons/titlebar I just an update. The new look of tabs bothers me not so much, but the buttons are in a terrible mess. • 10.2.3 FCPX hangs on stat-up despite all recommended actions and reupload

  Whatever I do FCP 10.2.3 simply hangs at startup upward.

• Make more Apple TV recognize Photos

  I have an earlier version of Apple TV, maybe 4 years. I made the transition on my computer since iPhoto for pictures, but the Apple TV will only recognize these images I've saved with iPhoto. Thus, none of the pictures I've saved since the transition, has let alone albums. Is it possible to 'see' the Photos?

  Is this visualization via the application of the computer or using the screen saver? Have you made sure to go into iTunes and change the source (File - Exchange Home - Select photos to share)?

• NB500 battery life

  Hey guys, I recently bought a new NB500 netbook after doing some research. Good price and good little unit.

  The only question seems to be the life of the battery. I read constantly about how netbooks have rgeat autonomy and supposedly the NB500 is no exception. However, after putting in place and get the updates etc, I unplugged to see how it would go without power.

  Surprisingly, the best I could get 3 hours in Eco mode. Balanced, it is a little less than 2 hours. I could watch him literally check low 100% right on the office without any heavy process of all, has let alone internet browing or work.

  Apple does not allow anyone to renew one by one, because they have abandoned it. I was told that I had support for 3 years after I bought my computer. (with renewal) I really feel that Apple has let its customers down. We need support for the products we bought. I would have returned my computer and never changed Apple if it were not for the support from one to the other which allowed me to understand how to use my imac, the macbook air and the iphone 6. I hope Apple hears complaints from the community and it does something to fix this. At least let me finish my time of renewal. I use the workshops but they are not enough to help me personally. I feel taken advantage by Apple at this point. There are many seniors out there who need this help as well.

If you want to tell Apple about your concerns, you can use the comments here, http://www.apple.com/feedback page and click on the appropriate link. As you know that they are still conducting workshops and my experience with them and I'm a person over the age, they are more willing to work a little head to head with people to ensure your understanding.   Thank you very much, Support HP asked me for my order info and has let me know that my order laptop did not have a bluetooth option, so I ordered a selection of bluetooth USB. My push was because I read like maintenance and service guide and it implies that all Envy 17 come with bluetooth.

• P2015dn: p2015dn does not print right

  P2015dn is attached to the network of 192.168.1.124 by switch.  Worked very well for many years. Yesterday I managed to print a document legal and duplex, no problem. Then he left being able to take the legal status of another bar document and only prints the top who has letter size paper in it, no matter if the document is in legal format (i.e. in word).

  I tried to reinstall the drivers (originally 5th PCL) but have also installed the latest download of HP PCL5.  PCL6 driver does not appear to be the correct capacity for this printer (IE not automatic duplex - only manual where you will need to return the paper), so I'm not going with the PCL 5 driver that auto duplex, but only use the top tray (letter size).

  Have tried to adjust the selection of paper to printer Auto Select and select automatically.  Makes no difference.

  Curiously, for another computer same (hardware wise) connected to the network, no problem with them pick up the appropriate tray.  Preferences have paper selection to select automatically.

  I spen over 4 hours on this issue so far and have exhausted all the ways that I can think of.

  Someone on this forum can help me please.

  Thanks for your reply.    The high trya on the page is not switchable onthis printer and such that mentioned, another computer can print from it no problem.

  Don't you know... I post a call for help, then after one last attempt while waitng that I managed to make it work.

  I'm sure I've done this time-out has been something I've tried before, but this time working.

  If the TSRI has deleted the printer in printers and devices, then uninstalled all the PCL drivers using the print management feature.

  Unable to remove the leaning one last verse the printer remove after a reboot.

  After the reboot...

  removed all ports showing with the IP address of the printer... There were several... 124, 124_1 124_2 etc.

  readded the printer as your network after scanning for it.

  I chose to use the PCL6 driver (where he get it I don't know.)

  reinstalled an old PCL5 driver.

  change the driver associated with the printer via the advanced option in the printer properties... new pilot

  selected HP in the list of printer manuafacturers and scroll to the bottom of the list and chose just installed the driver.

  This seemed to fix this time even if I tried the same thing before.

  in any case, its all working now, so I'll mark this as resolved.

  I seemed to have a problem not so sure and don't know if I've had this most early this week, but on 23/05/2012 between 16:00 and 19:00hrs, I received this update which consists of three, it was, updated KB2572073, KB2633880 and KB2518864.

  Since then, I came tonight and this update has appeared twice in the last two hours and now after I just installed, (I just checked) I would like to install again.

  It must be a problem with it.

  At the moment I am writing through my IE8 but I also had my Google Chrome before this mail and tried to open this Web page, but a small box came telling me about signing in but Goolge Chrome has let me not sign-in.

  Please could I get advice on that.

  Another site called Computing.net claims I have to uninstall Net Framework 2.0, and then reinstall it again.

  I have never been this deep in the Net Framework, so am very fragile in this unknown territory.

  rhabdomantist is correct. There was a problem with the updates you listed above. Updated 5/23, the problem has been resolved. If you do not already have it, reinstall updates.

  I asked the website of HP support for a download of the Phoenix bios, but wasn't able to find a download link.  Anyone know how I can get the Phoenix bios and provide a link for download.   Or is there a way someone can provide me with the bios, if they have it?  I need to Flash my bios with the original Phoenix bios with purchase of HP Pavilion a6000n desktop.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.

  The bios updated to the a6000n HP is available since 09/2007.  Since then, there must be dozens of people who made the update to the bios and have fried their PC. You'd think with so many people having problems, HP fired the update of the bios on his website... or at least to give some sort of warning.  I can see why HP has let the update of the bios in place however.  Those who have made the update and fried their PC still needs access to the exe file posted to extract the ROM to Flash their bios corrupt 513...

  In the interest of those who have the misfortune to do the update of the bios and the frying of their PC, take heart that their PC can be fixed.  I won't be able to make myself the fix until I have access to another PC.  But I'm pretty confident that the fix will work, because it has worked for others with the same HP computer.  The solution to the problem can be found in the material category of this forum under the thread "HP #a6000n bios checksum error after update bios.  It's a pain in buttocks for manually flashing bios corrupted, but it will be well worth the effort to get your PC up and running again.

  Just shame on HP for show lack of interest to its customers.
