  I'm fairly new to AS3/Flex and would like your help with a problem I encounter. I put in a Flex 2 project that uses two custom components in different States (i.e. 1 State uses A. State 2 uses component B). In these two, they are referencing the XML object that is specified in a separate file (i.e. Global.as) which is included in the main application file.
  
  Here's my problem. If I switch between the two States, make changes to the XML object, these changes do not appear in the States unless I force a new databind() by assigning the XML object updated the dataprovider. I could just do this whenever the user switches the State, however, I don't think it's an effective way to solve the problem.
  
  I was wondering if you guys could help me find a better way to solve this problem. Can fix us an event that triggers the reset of the databind XML ONLY when the XML object is changed?

  no particular reason, you don't have you wrapped list XML in XMLListCollection? That's what flex for you when you assign it a simple XML or XMLList element.

  So in your Global.as right after:

• Microsoft Bluetooth Notebook Mouse 5000 appears as mouse HID-complaint only, and does not appear in Intellipoint correctly

  I just installed the mouse on my laptop Dell D820 running Windows 7 Ultimate (all the fullyy patched)

  The mouse is recognized by the system and displayed both Bluetooth devices and devices windows with the correct name: Microsoft Bluetooth Notebook Mouse 5000.  It works also.

  However when I open Microsoft Mouse and go to the tab buttons, it is reported no. Microsoft USB mouse detected which means that I can not configure the buttons, etc.

• Windows Server Update service does not work after the installation of KB2720211

  5 remove WSUS and Windows Internal Database, restarted and installed it again (using the download of KB972466).
