Netflix app crashes in Windows 8, no error detected in the convenience store

I have an Asus laptop with Windows 8 that I received today, and I got the Netflix app for Windows store a few hours ago. The first time I tried to stream a TV show he played very well for about 30 seconds, and then the image froze while the audio continued. In another few seconds, the screen went black and the audio stopped, then player just to start again from the beginning, with the same thing happens after 30 seconds. This happens whenever I'm listening to a TV show or a movie, from any point in the title.

The first time it happened the convenience store open, but he could not find the error. I'm not tech savvy so I went online to see if anyone had similar problems, and it seemed that a lot of people have problems with the app crashing and they just installed the latest version of Silverlight and it went away. So I tried, and nothing has changed. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted the computer and tried simply to leave the app altogether and streaming of IE, but as soon as it accesses the title he stops me and says I can't broadcast without the application of Windows 8.

I'm all out of ideas, and yet, I need to see someone else with a similar problem. If anyone has any ideas, I would be grateful the help because this isn't something I'm good!

Have you tried updating your video driver? Make sure you are using a Microsoft certified video driver.

    The minidump file showed a BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER (fe) error caused by the stop usbhub.sys:

    BUCKET_ID: 0xFE_usbhub! UsbhTrapFatalTimeout_x9f + 28

    The usbhub.sys (by default the USB hub driver) is a Windows system file, but it is quite possible the problem is a third-party driver or hardware related.

    What I would say, is to update the wireless driver by installing the next update:

    I looked this error and ran sfc/scannow in administrator mode.  It took about 15 minutes and he said that some errors have been found that cannot be fixed.  I can NOT open the log file to display errors, because when I find it and click on it, it says "access denied."
