Never received activation e-mail

We have a team of creative cloud of 18 members.


Lately when we add a new Member, he never received the activation email.

A small number of members of the team get the email immediately.  Never do.

Phone support Adobe instructs us to wait 24 hours.  We waited until three days, nothing.

They recommend checking the spam filters, but our systems administration team watches the Exchange back-end to provide Adobe with the UUID of the email support at the server level.  No e-mail Adobe never even reached our Organization.

System is irreparably broken and we don't feel no response from Adobe phone support and will not work as a team with the Creative Cloud product.
