  I'm glad that you guessed it work.

  Permissions show that "Everyone" has full access inherited, so that the list must have been made after that you have added everyone.  "Everyone" in this list without a guest user (or any user if you have active Simple file sharing) would not have permissions on this folder.

  If you connected the WRT160NL in a configuration of LAN to LAN and did not indicate a static address of the router IP address while it would always be to the original IP address. This will not effect operation as long as the WRT160NL IP address is not the same as the main router.

  If this is the case you can connect to the WRT160NL by assigning a static IP address on your network card to match the subnet the WRT160NL is on.

  Ex:

  WRT160NL IP address: 192.168.0.1, configure your network adapter with the IP 192.168.0.2. Then, you should be able to ping it.

  After typing this post, I went back to the SDK download page and noticed there is a new SDK available (as dated February 3, 2012) 2.0.0. I used the previous version dated SDK Date January 16, 2012.

  So I advanced and upgraded to the latest version of the SDK, and this error no longer occurs.

  It must have been a bug.

  The WRT is configured in Bridge mode and all can see the Internet, but the iPod can not see the PC, unless they are connected on the subnet of the router.

  I think that in this configuration the WRT does DHCP and creates a subnet and then NAT for them to get access to the outside. So the inside can out, but outside may not participate. This means that the applications hosted on the PC iPod cannot interact with the WiFi iPod.

  I want the WRT to act as a bridge and be transparent to the local network & PCs.

  This seems to be a simple installation, but I couldn't sort through the DMZ, router, and help the other possible approaches?

  The answer is 'no '. As far as Linksys are concerned, a router is a router and an access point is an access point, it is because they have two very different functions.

• Options Bar - how to return between 'text' or 'icons' in the options bar

  The Options in Photoshop CC bar was representative of text and in Photoshop CC-2015 options is the icons. For example, when you have the selected spot healing tool options bar would show an option for sensitive content in 'text' but now I see it as an "icon" that I have to hover over to see the text. I tried to get SSL VPN to go for our company and we have been asked to deploy a completely clientless solution that will provide access to our network based on subnets. Is this possible with the chip-tunnels? I tried a few different configurations and it doesn't seem to work. It works with ANYCONNECT but we have to go without a client. They feel that we can do without customer access to destination networks. Is this possible?

  That's what you can do with a solution without a client:

  1. Allow access to web resources (using the url list)
  2. Allow access to the application of TCP based (using java-port forwarding or smart tunnels)

  If you have to give access to all subnets, then you will need to go full tunnel effect which is Anyconnect SSL.

  I was working on my computer and tries to limit access to a hard drive installed in the computer (this isn't the reader operation re-allocated is on, is a completely separate disk) it is still visible but unaccessable.  I deleted some of the groups and users for the reader and lost access to the hard drive completely.

  I did a search online and found that I could connect to the hidden administrator account to allow more users in the account.  In doing so, I managed to remove access to the account if the administrator account.

  Is there anyway that I can regain access to this hard drive?  Or is everything is lost.  I have been working on this for hours now and have scoured the internet looking for solutions.  I even tried to download the MS ACL repair utility which does not seem to do much good either.

  2. right click on the drive (say D:\)
  3. Select Security tab
  4. click on the button to change
  5. Add users & administrators
  6 grant permissions of access 'Total control' or 'Modify' according to your needs
