• How to make a user to increase the default size of the disc during the action plan?

  I have the problem with the field of "Ability" to the default volume, which is gray, so users cannot change its value in the request. It is plan basis of creation of VM with only one disk configured (I don't need at all, but it took to fill to record the action plan) and 'Allow the user to view and change storage reservation strategies' is checked. Users can add new volumes, but they cannot change the size of it with ID = 0. There are screenshots of request and action plan in the attachment. vRA 7.0.

  Its a bug that will be fixed in 7.1.

  If you are a user of the API, you can override the disk size by adding the custom property VirtualMachine.Disk0.size at the time of the request.

  Unfortunately through the user interface, currently there is no way to change the size of the disks added during the creation period.

• Configuration drop-down list when you request an action plan

  Because we are not allowed to the VCAC SDK, I am forced to use the workflow integrated calling my master workflow VCO.  My problem is that I have just rated provision which limits me to expose my configurations for each model.  An example of what I need is sales will have 40 configs while Finance has 10 configs.  I don't want their options in drop-down list to bleed over to other.

  Well well, without knowing your particular use case and what are the variables, then Yes, maybe. I have more than 70 IaaS models right now, but I have ~ 20 profiles of construction. Nothing gets actually configured in the action plan itself except for material-specific values and model of vSphere being used for the provision of... All the news of real form is in building profiles. It is much easier to control that.

  At one point, I thought together to the bottom of each environment in a single model and have the o/s to be a configurable drop-down list, but finally I decided against that because I'm driving both the metadata information to be recovered vCAC and operate only vCO as a runtime engine. I wanted that little data hardcoded / fixed stored in vCO as humanly possible, so I build battery funding round have as much of the required inputs be stored in vCAC or vCenter, keeping the absolute minimum in vCO.

• Action plan shows as unavailable

  I have install all components on a server in my lab, and you have configured groups of provisioning and circulation of blue with all the appropriate permissions.

  However when I login as a user or administrator, the plan of action seems to be is not available. I can see the action plan but can't do anything with it.

  I have attached all relevant screenshots

  I don't see a print screen for a virtual reservation assigned to this group of commissioning, which is available? If so, please provide a screen to see if there are any limiting parameters that can prevent asking a machine. Without available computing resources, users will not be able to apply for the machine.

  A recommendation I would make, is on access master plan area, you put in some users, like everyone else. You don't need to do it, if the user is in the Group commissioning the commissioning group is assigned a plan, hey have access. This area is really used for when you have a specific plan of action required for some users, but it is no reason to make a new group of provisioning for these users, you by removing everyone and assign it just for the subset of users in the Group of provisioning in need of this particular model.

  I can't find any setting in the advanced power properties dialog box. Toshiba has provided a power eco plan. It's OK for me except the pilot. So I tried to create a power plan as eco with night light 1 hour not 5 minutes.
  However, this plan does not backlight key off.

  Have you tried to change the power management Windows including power advanced for certain power plan options?
  For example, you can use balanced plan or standby power, change it and that s it.

• Iomega Home Media Cloud Edition - new action deleted existing shares

  I had about 8 actions on this hard drive for years without problems. Now, I created a new share and everything is fine - the new action is perfect. However, none of the old shares no longer. I know that the data is always there b/c the info reader shows approximately half of the disk used and I have not put in the new share yet while MUST be old data. Anyone know how I can get my old shares back then I can access it? Thank you for ALL the ideas!

  Try to (re) creating one of the actions by creating a "new" share with exactly the same name (including caps) among the 'old'.

• Create a file type in Win7 and assign a new action

  Win 7 is missing from the tab type of files in Folder Options. I managed to assigning a program to the new file, which creates the new file extension, but can't figure out how to change after its creation.

  In earlier versions of Windows, you could open the folder options, create a new file type, click the Advanced button, change the file type, assign a new action to 'open' and then give him a "application used to perform action", which is where I would insert chain (license key).   Any ideas of the place where to enter information for "application used to perform action"?

  Select the start ORB, and programs by default in the right column.

  Then select associates a set of file or Protocol with a program.

• Why do my work order plan getting all messed up when I try to add new work plans?

  If I create an icon for fine UX library. I have, say, 20 icons on 20 separate work plans. I have the following configuration: 4 lines and 5 columns. Create mu icons, name each work plan to export properly, and all is well.

  But when I come back to this document and try to add work plans, they add no way to 5 x 4.

  Very strangely, they are added in random places.

  Then I try again to "Reorganize the work plans", and they are willing, but once again, in a random order. My names are so disconnected from the previous relevant work plans.

  It's so frustrating. Is there something I'm missing, if it please or do not know, to add better control?

  I think everyone goes through a similar confusion with work plans, but once to slow down and realize some items, they begin to work as

  1. Look at your work plan and that one is highlighted it's the artboard select
     
  2. You can easily unwittingly switch to another plan of work, by simply selecting another time with the selection tool. "Here, I've selected an item on the 4th game of darts and now the ' Live from the corners" artbaord is selected.
     
  3. When you use the new work plan command that adds a new after the selected work plan, some people waiting to be added as the last page.
  4. There are some bugs like when you run out of space on the right. I have the last elected artboard, but try to add a new work plan gives me an error because the top row is out of room who shovel have nothing to do with it.
     

  In summary

  • Name your work plans that you can easily get confused, that it is worth
  • Use reorganize artbaords often
  • Reorganize work plans does not care the physical position on the screen of the work plan, it transposes numbers (1 to 11 in my example above)
  • If you want to copy of artboard on the artboard 2 1. Copy the artboard 1 form, select any element of the artbord 2 and use the paste in front or to the rear. You can also use the work plans Panel to select your target artbaord.

  Working with work plans is possible since CS4 +.

• Photoshop new action in CC

  Sought, but could find an answer.  I have never created an appeal before and after a tutorial, I found the Actions to the title of the window, but there is no button I can find to "launch a new action.  I have scrolls top down across actions and also went to history, clicked every button that I could find, but nothing says that "create new action".  Any help will be appreciated.

  Each action must be in all scripts (folder). You can create the new action set by clicking on the folder icon at the bottom of the Actions panel or Actions panel menu > New Set.

  

  Another way is to select any set of already existing measures and click on create a new action (page icon) at the bottom of the Actions Panel (same result, you get a from the Actions panel menu > new Action.)

  

  You can always drag any action in any game action at any time, simply click on the name of the action, hold down the mouse button and drag in any game action. Next slide actions between sets you can re - organize actions inside just by dragging upwards or downwards. When dragging you will see a grey line that tells where dragged action is placed or repositioned.

  Hi all

  I have been playing with vCAC 6.0 for quite awhile (now updated vCAC 6.0.1) and have created a plan that will clone with Windows Server R2 model 2012. Comments agent has not been installed because I wanted only to lift the machine up and running with customization specifications created in vCenter.

  The plan was working as expected after I created the service, part of the catalogue and clearances. After that, I converted the virtual computer model to update the model with new Windows patches, and then convert back to model. Now when I try to create a new master plan, selected the workflow of clone and search for the model, the model that I've updated does not exist in the list. Curious, too, I went to change the blueprint and attempted to review for the model, and it does not appear on the list more. In fact, I created a model of linux (CentOS) at some point after the installation of the vCAC, and I don't see the list as well.

  
  

  No idea on what is happening? Newspapers in the Infrastructure tab-> monitoring-> Log was not showing errors, and I tried to restart all the components of vCAC, including a restart of all services on the server of IaaS.

  Probably, you have to manually kick off the collection of inventory data on computing resources where the model.

• 4.0 EA1 - new explain Plan feature

  Hi I was trying simply the new explain Plan feature (I like the look of) mentioned by Jeff Smith on his blog but if I get an "ORA-00942: table or view does not exist.

  I get it doing the explain plan drop-down command selecting from V$ SQL_PLAN (synonym) and underlying base table V_$ SQL_PLAN. I am logged in as APPS, but that the user has select privileges on these objects sys to me. Don't know how you / he's got it to work (logged in as sys?) or if I give missing?

  Grant select any dictionary apps privilege. Or, if your DBA prefers giving finer privileges on individual objects, you must also select on V$ SQL and V$ SQL_PLAN_STATISTICS.
