  I bought it through an intermediary company (surfspot.nl) 10/06/2012. Why my series id is not valid? Is it only one year license? If so, can I extend it somehow?

• Acrobat does not at all for CS6 Master Collection

  I installed CS6 Master Collection (retail version) for Windows 7 64-bit.  Everything works except Acrobat.  Should I go through the process of installing again?  Can I just re - install Acrobat?  I have to disable my Master Collection first?

  When I try to start Acrobat, nothing happens on the screen, except I get the icon hosted for a few seconds, then nothing else.  If I look in the Task Manager, it displays an instance of acrobat, I can kill and try again, but the same scenario is re-past.  I need Acrobat to my output, please help

  You can try uninstalling Acrobat, restart, log out of MAC and reconnect, then put it back. You see it at all anywhere?

  But make sure you follow the steps mentioned on the page before you start the download.

  I got a new PC, and I can only find my CS3 disc.  I installed and then downloaded CS5.5, but I guess that my serial number (I got off My Adobe) will not work.  I purchased a CS5 version 7.0 upgrade (which is correctly installed on my old computer reclassification of CS3), so I need to find where I can download that.

  I don't know if they have downloads of CS5, too. You must follow the instructions on this page EXACTLY or it won't work.

• HDD EXTERNAL FOR CS6 MASTER COLLECTION

  Hello

  Load ASCENTS CS6 MASTER on a new OFFICE of the SONY L SERIES.  Because you cannot add a 2nd internal hard drive, I need to add an external hard drive for video files, etc.  I know that SATA and ESATA are best for this but it is not a SATA/E-SATA on the SONY connection.  Could I spend the ESATA connection to one of SONY's USB3 ports and not die a death that screams when editing.

• Installation failed for CS6 Master Collection Trial

  I had trouble to download the trial version CS6 on my work computer. I have all the permissions to download what I like on my computer. I got the same message:

  "Errors occurred on your installation.

  Setup could not initialize. This could be due to a missing file.

  "More troubleshooting tips... etc.".

  I've already tried my computer restaring and exit all open applications. I also tried to reinstall applications through Adobe download assistant.

  Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

• Try reinstalling the serial number incorrect cs6 master collection

  I recently got a new computer and try to activate the CS6 Master Collection.  He said that my serial number is not valid.  I adapted the serial number to one on my adobe account.  I called customer service and they told me that I had to do a chat session to solve the problem.  Well, that I can't join the cat to save my life.  I'm really frustrated that there is no better customer service in order to use the software I paid for.  Anyone have any suggestions?  BTW, I have access to my old computer.  TIA

• Problems with CS6 Master Collection (invalid checksum) disk image

  I have problems to download the trial for CS6 Master Collection for Mac OS X.

  I tried download using the Download Assistant, as a privileged environment and a non privileged user and have also tried direct download as a privileged and unprivileged. Every time that I waited until the download is complete before installation, but every time the disk image opens, denouncing a "invalid checksum".

  I tried to mount the disk image without validating the checksum, but so that I can then run the installer, the installation fails due to the absence of privileges - once again, it comes to regardsless of the privileges of the user. I also tried to delete the preferences and cache for Download Wizard files, but nothing helped.

  Can anyone confirm that the English version of CS6 collection master disk image works and can be installed without error on Mac OS X 10.7? Now, I downloaded and re-downloaded the image disk at least eight times, and while I have a fast Internet connection, it becomes tedious.

  I just downloaded the DMG on Adobe.com, using the test, and it fits very well. I was able to start the installation.

  I don't have a checksum error or other error.

  If the download was completed in Adobe Download Assistant, you can temporarily turn off the feature to check the checksum.  The following steps will allow you to temporarily disable this feature:

  1. Open the disk located in Applications/Utilities utility
  2. Go into the menu of disk utility and select Preferences
  3. Deselect the option to verify checksums
  4. Try to mount your DMG file

  I would recommend turn this feature back on however once installation is complete.  Also, if you notice what's happening on the additional files it may indicate a problem with your Internet connection.

  You could try these steps and let us know if you were able to move forward.

  Setup for CS6 Master Collection (Licensing) will not accept the serial number on an iMac

  I run adobe cleaner and erased all Adobe products on the mac.

  I run ONYX and fixed everything that he could set permissions etc. re and HD problems (none)

  The version of the OS is 10.6.8 and latest updates of yesterday.

  The installation and serial No. work very well on all other Mac 19 same configuration

  There is no product Adobe not appearing in applications or utilities

  Connection to the network is fine.

  Any suggestions please?
