  You have a common problem with Windows 7. The work that I and many others use is a utility called FileMenu Tools. You can download safely from this link: http://www.softpedia.com/get/PORTABLE-SOFTWARE/System/System-Enhancements/FileMenu-Tools-Portable.shtml .

  After downloading, install the program. Each option is checked by default. I would be much more selective on this subject, otherwise your context menu will be a full page long!   You have installed chrome? It's looking like a recent update of Chrome is responsible. If you want to remove Chrome and restart to test, please do. To fix it without removing chrome, here are your options.

  Found the answer! It was just like I thought Memeo Backup Premium has a subprogramme called backup that he mixes with the Explorer of Windows 7, uninstalled this (backup) and the new record button works again.   I had firfox version 22 I guess... Now, today morning I upgraded to v 23. It displays a message from one of the plug-in is not compatible with wud and therefore be disabled. now later I still once downloaded the plug in to check if its works or not but TI worked (as I had already guessed), or its display in modules or plug-ins.

  Now I don't get why the new tab does not work. Not at all. Its so very annoying. I googled the question and tried to reset firefox and the new tab in subject parameter: config. But nothing helped.

  I think that its because of this plug-in I've read somewhere that the parameters can be getting replaced by one of the defective Add-ons.

  Help, please.

• Finder: Search in the current folder does not work

  I have a folder in my finder 'search in the current folder' where returns 0 results even though I get the names of the files in this folder.

  I tried to add this to the honor, then removing it so that its reindexed and I tried to remove finder invisible (and other) files, but that is not worked.

  I ca 300 PDF files in this folder. I tried to create the new folder somewhere else and add these PDF here and yet the search does not work.

  Thanks for posting in the communities of Support from Apple. I see that there is a folder with about 300 PDF files that you are not able to search through the search option. I know that the research allows me to find just the right file. I'll be more than happy to help.

  You did a great job so far with re-indexing of that folder. First of all, to start in safe mode. This will be clear cache files and perform a few system checks. Once in safe mode, see if you can search inside this folder. Here is the article about how to start in safe mode. You can ignore the part where it says "If your Mac does not complete startup".

  Reboot will leave safe mode. If this does not work, try to test this question in a new user and copy the folder in this new user to see if this is a question broad system.

  Try to uninstall the Ask toolbar and it should work again. There is a compatibility issue with the Ask toolbar and the current version of Firefox.

  If you have all the products Adobe Reader on your system, you have problems. Adobe accurate should not have more than one copy of an application on their system.

  Player doesn't have a plug-in for MS Office of any version.

  Acrobat only has a plug-in for MS Office. New Adobe does not support more than one copy of Acrobat on a system. And if you dare have the reader on the same system, then, Acrobat and Reader should be to the same major version.
