  What version of Windows are you using?  Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8?

  What is the make and model of computer

  In order to exclude malware do the following:

  Restart the computer and start typing the F8 key

  Select Mode safe mode with networking

  If you use Windows 8 or 8.1, type msconfig in the search bar of charms

  Click on the Startup tab

  Select Secure Boot

  Select the network

  Click on apply, Ok

  Reboot and you will load mode safe mode with networking

  Download the following tool and run a scan complete

  When you are done, reboot and let Windows load

  With Windows 8 before restarting, click Start > Type msconfig > press enter

  Click on the Startup tab

  Uncheck secure boot

  Click on apply, OK

  Reset

  Once Windows loads, click Start > type CMD

  Right click on CMD > select Run As Administrator

  Windows 8 > right click on start > select command prompt (Admin)

  Type sfc/scannow

  Press enter

  Note: There is a space between sfc and / scannow

  The scan takes a few minutes.

  Shawn thought it was bad media so I'm a new disc and received the same error does anyone have an idea what might cause this error?

  Hi sptusch,

  Thanks for posting. Is it a burned disc? If this is you please redownload the image. Also, try the following.

  1. place your Windows XP installation CD and start to her...
  2. Press any button to start the Windows installation (don't worry... we do not actually use the installer at this point)
  3. wait a few moments for the installation program starts, when you see repair an installation of Windows XP using the Recovery Console, and then press the R key
  4. wait until you see this screen, enter the number of your master installation. (Typically 1 to C:\Windows)
  5. press ENTER.
  6. If you are prompted to do so, enter your administrator password. If you don't have one, leave the field blank and press to enter.
  7. from the command prompt, type: chkdsk/r (note the space between chkdsk and / r)
  Allow it to complete undisturbed.
  8. remove the disc, then restart.

  I have a vision disorder and use ZoomText to activate my ability to work.  I was appalled to discover that the new format PhotoShop CS6 is so dark. the menus and tools have very little contrast.  It is a deal-breaker for me, I can't use it as it appears the first opening.  Is there a setting I can change that will allow PhotoShop to appear more like older versions where the lightness and contrast of the program itself?

  You can choose between different levels of brightness of the user interface in the preferences.

• Problem with the new format of date calendar 5 Apex

  I noticed that when I click on a day in the new schedule 5 Apex, the date that I get on another page, where I would create an event, is in a weird format

  On the create link, I use the new variables of substitution of calendar - & APEX$ NEW_START_DATE.  and & NEW_END_DATE$ APEX.

  When I click on a date in the calendar to create an event, let's say that I clicked on 10 November 2015, it gives me '11 10-11thn-15' as date

  Although I have it managed by using Regex, but still sound to be weird or I'm doing something wrong.

  I had my whole CS6 Master Collection installed and active with the Adobe servers - primary disk but is dead.

  Now, I have a newly formatted with a fresh install of Win7 on this drive. I would like to re - install my entire collection CS6 again.

  As far as I remember, you must DISABLE all our software installed PRIOR to the activation of any new facilities?

  If so, since I have not disable the software of my dead drive (which I can't access now anyway) - how can I disable it now? I don't see any option to do it on my online account.

  You are allowed to have two facilities enabled, so if you wait for the week to get their attention, you can install and activate as long that you had only activation one used so far.  When they reset the activations you can reactivate again later (or turn off the new one yourself before chatting with them).

  Try holding down Ctrl-Alt-Shift WHEN you restart. If you did it fast enough you will get dialog box asking if you really want to do. Say Yes.

  The Sony A6300 is a new camera and is not yet supported by LR or ACR: supported by Adobe Camera Raw devices.   Support may appear in the next version (CC 2015.5 / 6.5 / 9.5), which can be out in a number of weeks (a new version is released about every three months).  But because the A6300 appears late in the release cycle, it is not supported until 2015.6 / 6,6 / 9.6.
