I tried to get out once again the battery and put it back, I tried a hard reset on the phone and I tried to re-install the drivers of battery for my laptop.   I had the same problem with a HP Pavilion dv7-6e22b. I read on a short cable inside the screen.
  I found the post on the way in which the display is connected. It's an older model but I was curious to know how to remove the cover of the machine. It contains 2 screws (that I didn't have to remove to access the camera) just be causious does not break the bevel.

  I look around and tried to disable Microsoft in Device Manager.
  Still not fixed properly. I took the charger and then reinsert.
  It shows the power supply AC but free of charge.

  When the laptop is off, new battery, ca, red light stays on for about an hour then it continually flashes. This occurs at the same time. After loading it lights up to insert ac, then when windows loading, undetected bat.
  When I put my original battery in turns without ac and battery and correct information shows.

  I returned the 1st battery, once I reported a 2nd defective, he sent me a 3rd. The dealer has a very positive feedback and good comment, I recently received an email from the merchant who quote

  The fact is that you use the right memory module. It is not easy to say why the new module is not recognized correctly. The slot is maybe defective. Try to remove 32 MB module and use any other location 1. (Unfortunately I put t know if this device has two or one single location for memory expansion).

  I have a cq5110y that I am trying to upgrade the graphics on.

  I just installed a bigger power supply and is working on the installation of a Sapphire Radeon R7 240, but when I turn on my computer it does not detect the new hardware.  Am I missing a step?  Or is the card DOA?

  The steps to install the new card were quite simple--plug it into the PCI-e slot and connect the monitor.  There was a note to disable any integrated first graphic, so I put the display to PCI-e in the BIOS.  Is that all I had to do to disable the integrated graphics card?  I think that this could be my problem?

  Your Compaq Presario CQ5110Y desktop uses a chipset NVIDIA GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 seems limited to the PCI Express 1.0 version.  PCIe v1.0 is compatible front of PCIe v2.0.  PCIe v2.1 and above is not backwards comptible with your motherboard. Your Sapphire Radeon R7 240 seems to use a PCIe v3.0 card and is therefore not compatible with your computer. Please return the card for a graphic card PCIe v2.0 solve your problem.
