New laptop Windows 8? I can't install Photoshop CS6?

Two problems: 1) I lost my disc PS CS6, (still have the serial number, etc.) and 2) I have this new Dell laptop, I want to install, run Win 8. What it will take for me to have Photoshop on this machine?

Yes, you can: http://www.adobe.com/support/OScompatibility.html

Follow all the steps to download trial cs6 ps: http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cs6-direct-download-links.html

and activate it with your serial number.

If you have a download problem, re-read and follow the necessary steps.
