• I got a new 'live' email address that I place on important flyer. Microsoft does not have the correct password & doesn't let me change it. Help.

  I opened a new account 'live' for a large advocasy group where I have more than 600 members.  After distributing flyers to more than 200 with this new 'live' email address * address email is removed from the privacy *, I tried to go inside to see how many new members, I, questions, etc. In case you're curious, the name of my group of Defender is the TTransportation Accessible to adults with disabilities.  It is a very important cause that I worked for a year.   Live and Hotmail would not accept my password.  I know its right because I have a copy with all the info when obtaining the new account. Microsoft say they don't find that I'm the right owner and always check.  The info they want is not available, because it was a new account.  I was supposed to get the emails on the new account in my old email account, but that didn't happen either.

  I stand to lose hundreds of new members, contacts, sponsors and money for the worst of my reputation.  Why they let me not simply change the password?

  If microsoft doesn't let me change the password I know it's good I think they will cancel the e-mail address. Why I can not open a new account with the same email address?

  Who can I contact to make sure that I don't lose this email address and get the emails that were sent to me already.   This happened about a month now. My loss is important and durable since these flyers went to various community centres, organizations and continue to go around the city of Toronto and further across the province, which is what I asked on the flyers. I also sent the flyers, with the e-mail address of vercent on the internet, Facebook and all of my contacts.

  Please tell me what I can do.

  I want to uninstall this new screen wallpaper changer "Smile" of Webshot to my hard drive. I tried to do this several times, but each time that the system tells me that the program is running and, therefore, cannot honor my request.   Thanks for the suggestion. However, I found an answer to the same exact question in the forum, April 2011.  As explained, the procedure to stop a running program is very simple (if you know what to do). This forum MS questions / answers is a wonderful virtual community.

  It seems to be a problem with the App update or due to all missing or damaged system files. I would like to know some information about this problem so that we can help you further.

  1. is this problem limited to Bing news app?

  2. that you get any code error or error messages when you try to open the app?

  3. you use security software on your computer?

  4 you did changes to the computer/app before this problem?

  I would suggest trying the following methods and check if it works for you.

  Method 1:

  Reset the Windows Store Cache and check if the problem persists. Windows Store Cache reset will delete all unnecessary files and corrupted files of the Windows Store Cache.

  a. type in the right edge of the screen, and then click Search.
  (If you use a mouse, point to the lower right of the screen, move the mouse to the top and then click find.)

  b. enter run in the search box and then press or click run.

  c. Enter the command wsreset.exe run and then press or click OK.

  Method 2:

  Search the app Store of Windows updates and install if you find updates for Bing news app.

  Follow the steps to install the updates of the application:

  a. on the start screen, tap or click on Storeto open the WindowsStore.

  b. drag from the right edge of the screen, and then tap settings.
  (If you use a mouse, point to the upper right of the screen, move the pointer of the mouse down, then click settings.)

  c. tap or click App updates. If you have not connected to the Windows store, sign in using your Microsoft account.

  d. press or click find updates.

  e. If updates are available, sliding down on or right click on the app updates you want, and then press or click on install.

  Method 3:

  Run the System File Checker scan and check if the problem persists. This analysis will help you find and replace missing or corrupted system files.

  I solved it by uninstalling the application of new

  (by going to the Start Page > Down > rightclick on new app and uninstall)

  and then go to the store and the resettlement of Bing News.

  You can choose something.  If you want a black background, take a picture in the dark, then use it as your wallpaper.

  Best bet IMHO... create new projects, or install earlier versions of Movie Maker.
