New message window freezes
It is an intermittent fault!
Sometimes, when I click on address on an email the e-mail program opens the new window but does not fill the window with the email address or the message that I answer.
To close the window, I force quit mail and start it again.

I understand that trying to answer an email in the application Mail on your Mac, that the application stops responding. In order to solve this problem, isolate first him more. To start, please start in safe mode and try to reproduce this problem:

How to test with another user account

Create a test user account
- In the Apple menu, choose System Preferences.
- Click the users and groups in the System Preferences window.
- Click the lock icon and enter an administrator name and password.
- Click on the button Add (+) below the list of users.
- Choose a type of user in the new pop-up menu.
- Give the user a name and first name, account name, and password.
- Click OK.
- Close the System Preferences window.
If there are documents from your user account that you want to test with original, place a copy of these items in the shared folder in the users folder. Press the Option key while dragging a file in this folder to create a copy.
Connect to the test user account
Log out of your current user account by choosing logout in the Apple menu, and then open a session the new account that you created. If you are prompted to login with your iCloud or Apple ID account when you log in, skip this step.
Try to reproduce the problem
Try the same steps that caused the unexpected behavior to appear. For example, if you are unable to print, try printing from this user account. If you were unable to connect to the Internet, try to navigate on a website of this user account.
If you use specific test settings depends on (for example using a specific e-mail account or an account iCloud) implemented the same test user account. For email and other parameters, you can use the Internet accounts pane in system preferences to set up these types of accounts. If your home folder files are necessary for tests, copy them into the shared folder in the users folder (/ Users/Shared). After you connect as a user test, copy these items to the same location in the test user home folder to test with.
If a problem occurs in account only one user
Is using the same steps in a user account test does not cause the same unexpected behavior, most likely you don't need to reinstall applications or OS X.

If the same unexpected behavior occurs in more than one user account on your Mac, try checking for software or hardware problems.

The new Message button is on the toolbar of the main window Mall. Maybe you've lost your toolbars.
If you have no display press the key alt pressed toolbar to open the convening of menu bar.

Recently, I had to reset my 'computer work hand' factory default. Before that I erased everything that I saved addresses messages etc through Mozback, I then transferred all the Info for the laptop to see if it works, what it does.
After that I have re-installed Thunderbird to my recently returned to zero computer, I used Mozback until the restoration of all the information in the game as it was previously.
It worked fine for a day or so, recently I came across this problem:
Thunderbird receives letters and I can read it, but when I try "compose new message", "answer" or "forward", a new box message opens ready typing in unless it freezes and it says not responding do not.
I have it on my laptop and its works well so far, but I'm willing to work on the master computer.
What should I do?

bold text I just installed Thunderbird 24.6 on a new system running under Windows 7 64-bit. I can read and send messages, but in the component main, new messages are not "BOLD", and e-mail accounts that have new messages are not fat, either. On another Windows 7 x 64 system I don't have this problem. The add-on installed only is lightning on the new system and I started Thunderbird in safe mode, but that has not solved the problem. There is still the/unread column and it correctly displays a pip by unread emails, but I want the effect "BOLD" to return. How can I fix this?
