Basically, I broke my old phone and today got a new one delivered because I had insaurance thereon but now there is a woman talking on this subject and I owe everything double-click I can't even unlock my phone with the click souble silly thing which makes the phone useless whole someone help please

BlackBerry Smartphones active new SIM - now phone SOS only
Hi all. Have a little problem. I had to go back to an old 9700 When my current iPhone broke. I needed a new card SIM from the iPhone using a different card. When I called Rogers to activate the SIM everything was fine for about a minute. I received texts that were pending since Sunday when my iPhone broke. I had full bars etc. Once a minute, he went to SOS only. While I was on the phone with Rogers Tech Support I have reset and removed the battery and SIM and all the things they wanted me to. Everything looks good on their system, he said that the problem must be with the device.
A bit on the device:
Originally with Mobilicity in 2009. Opened and used with the wind. My father then used with Rogers and Fido. Since Sunday, when my phone broke, I used SIM card of my brother-in-law (he just swung at Rogers to the wind, but his plan has always been paid until the end of September) and the BB worked very well. If it worked correctly with a Rogers SIM.
Now, I get the same problem with my brother-brother SIM. SOS only. No connection. What happened when active Rogers SIM card must have done something to the camera itself because now it does not connect to any of them. That both SIMs work as I have tested both in my wife's phone.
The guy on the Support of Rogers suggested that perhaps the closed phone itself - but when I enter the settings advanced for the SIM card that everything is disabled in customization... so it appears not to be locked.
He said that I should try to reinstall the OS, but that it will block the phone and I need to unlocked again.
Is there anything else it could be? Will reinstall the OS relock the phone? Any other suggestions?

First this... avoid this tech Rogers like the plague. He has no idea what he's talking about. All what he told you is simply not possible. Once MEP unlocked, a BB device can blocked at the factory. Nothing of what you have done or the facilities of any OS can relock a BB.
I'd rather a complete security on the Device Wipe:

Otherwise, a ResetToFactory WIPE:
- KB31291 How to reset a BlackBerry smartphone to factory using BlackBerry Desktop Software Settings
After each one, put it in the SIM card and switch on the device, and then make sure that the voice is through Rogers. Only then start to worry about getting all the data to work (if you subscribe BIS, in other words).
If you want to get off the OS Reload path, then the easiest way is, on a PC (you can not do this on MAC):
(1) make sure that you have a current backup and your BB complete... you can find the instructions at the link in my auto-sig below. (not applicable in your situation)
2) uninstall all the BB OS packages from your PC,
(3) make sure you have the BB Desktop Software already installed
(4) download and install on your computer, the BB OS package you want:

- If all you want are the levels of BONE, it is first sorted by carrier - the carrier supports, your search will be fast. However, some carriers are much slower than others to release updates. To really get the package up-to-date OS for your BB, you need to dig through and find all businesses that support your specific model BB and then compare the BONE levels they support.
5) remove all copies of the SELLER on your PC. XML... There will be at least one and maybe 2, and they will be located in the same way or to (it changes based on your version of Windows) these files:

- C:\Users\(your Windows username) \AppData\Roaming\Research In Motion\BlackBerry\Loader XML

New modes of export - exporting not through target buttons-layer blend modes
This can be corrected. I do not know?
Basically when I feature layer 'button target' application of a blending mode to the layer it does not export the blending mode correctly. that is flat/normal.
I can get around this by applying the 'normal' mode of return to the mixing layer and apply the blend mode to individual objects, but is not ideal for my workflow. I can also get around this by using the 'save for web' option to legacy but again, not ideal for the workflow.
Any suggestions? Thank you!

Location of new mods of ram in the 4 slots?

I just increased my mods four ram current 4 x 2 GB 2 x 8 GB & 2 x 2 GB, increasing overall from 8 GB to 20 GB. part of the reason for this is due to a beachball regular spinning that seems to have stopped now I'm happy to say.
Is there a preferable to their location order? I am told that the 8 GB should go side by side in the top slots while others tell me that it is not serious.
Some clear advice would be welcome.
My iMac ram works great as shown in the photo below.
Some advice about my activity for memory monitor reading would also be welcome. His memory displays used to 7.28 GB and caching of files of 3.29 GB. Can I send through a few photos of this too if it would help?

They can also check that the replacement of the battery may even solve your problem before the replacement. It's not free, so if you are outside of your warranty, it will be good to know you just are not wasting money on something that could have been resolved through software.

I tried on two C2960 switch with two different images. No matter what I do, the phone is going to area: DATA and unable to connect to the network as more likely, it is a wrong VLAN. Poster as authenticated port ISE and MAB works very well. When I set up stream host-mode, the phone Gets a VLAN correct and can top to the network.
Here is what I use:

I pulled out recently of new 8831 conference phones to replace my old phones 7937 spider, unfortunately phones know terrible incoming audio. Phones are on a branch site, connected via MPLS and registered at 8.6 CUCM to Headquarters. We have a total of 900 7940 phones that have no problems in any of the different location and band bandwidth/congestion is not a problem. The audio input signal poor that happens to every call. Audio output is fine. 8831 phones are having the same issues at several sites of the branch, but seems more predominant in some. The question has been described as 'audio static, choppy, distorted, with a few breaks.
I tested with G.729 and G.711 without some luck, after using the web interface to enter stats here, this is what they look like:

As you can see receiver lost packets number is very high, which will cause audio choppy. Looks like you face below default

Also can ensure you codec used is g729r8 not g729br8. g729br8 has integrated VAD have so it will drop some packets. Also disable VAD in any voip dial peer by using the command "no vad.
