  Hey I just bought this phone a few days ago from tmobile. not able to put in place my email or use the browser, even though I know im im connected to my router wireless at home... I tried the Setup Wizard to configure the e-mail and I also configure wifi a couple of times. the wifi thing says im connected to my wireless router, but I can't always on the browser. I'm supposed to do something I haven't done, or is it my phone?

  Nevermind, I solved it me lol. I saw somewhere on the troubleshooting of t-mobile stuff and he said to get the battery and the sim, then reinsert them. what I've discovered, is that the sim card has not been mounted properly. idk if that was really the problem but I'm just guessing. and thank you for your response. I was afraid that the thing about data plan was the problem because I know that I paid for it.

  so far, I see no problem with the phone... as far as I know.

  I have AT & T w/modem.

  If I have my settings correctly, my phone automatically uses wifi to access internet if available... it seems that doing. WiFi reception seems weak, but I have no experience to compare it to.

  I am impressed with the desktop software, I managed an OS update immediately and took the apps I could remove. I can't go to the (captive) internet with software of bb, but only with the software, at & t, I guess it's normal.

  I was very confused through the configuration, what with ID and records and books of service... looks like it's prolly good things for those who are in need of everything, but I want only the phone, internet, SMS & email. How many of these other things bb I must have on board?

  1. I don't expect you will encounter problems of synchronization of your contact information as you use Outlook. When I bought my curve first I have problems somewhat in sync with Outlook settings, but was fairly simple to manage after. Everything that was in my outlook saved very well on my blackberry.

  2. you can view most of the documents on your curve even if I have not tried to view a .docx (word 2007 version) file. PDF files appear a bit blurry on my device. One downside is that you will not be able to edit these documents, unless you buy a third-party software to do this. If you can with a software purchase, I still have to discover this solution.

  3. your micro SD card should be fine. I have not had any problems using my that was in your windows mobile. All my pictures and music adapted very well.

  Having recently updated the software on my storm for the last I have not try it sounds in the ringtone/message alerts. When to choose the ringtone / sound and pressing 'try' the light flashes and it vibrates but no sound.

  Also the actual alerts for my messages are all caught up too. I get a sound of Gong for SMS and even facebook and email is completely silent. Even if they are all together for different sounds.

  Please can someone tell me how to solve this problem? I tried to restore a battery pull and it does not work. Is it possible to go back to the previous operating system that could fix it? As I had no such problem avant.114 OS.
