New printer and Internet Explorer does not recognize it - other programs do.

I have a used computer. Just got a hung printer today. Tried to print things through Internet Explorer and it did not recognize the new printer. See all other programs I've used today.

  • ActionScript file and fla file does not recognize each other

    I downloaded adobe flash professional (trial version) CC this morning on my pc and I am really a beginner.

    I want to use the ActionScript 3 with a purpose of fla and I used a tutorial (and many others later) to perform this task:

    -make a square

    -convert to symbol and call it 'test '.

    -write my code like a .as targeting my .fla file using test for my usable variable.

    -Save them

    and when I wanted to run my program, I got my blue square as non .swf

    So I tried to debug my code in the debug window telling me that there is no actionscript code in my .swf

    Finally, I copied my code in the action window and I received several messages telling me that 'test' was not defined.

    I need help please.

  • Problem with wireless - Vista Network and Sharing Center does not recognize my connection!

    I use the Home Visa software and my network and sharing Center does not recognize my connection but I can access the internet without any problem. Previously, I was using a wireless router Linksys with an old box of AT & T internet with no problems. The problems started after I updated my AT & T internet box that made obsolete the linksys router and now the network share does not connect. I just have the problem of getting the network and sharing device recognizing that I am actually connected to a wireless network. I can't use my printer or share files with other people. I can't get my wireless printer to work if I restart my computer and I have the documents I want printed already sent to the printer. My network and sharing Center also works very well for a few seconds when I start my computer then it turns off again.

    -What version of IE are you using?
    -Have you been able to launch Internet Explorer successfully with no problems before?
    -Have you been able to update without any problem before?
    -You did any recent changes of hardware/software on your computer after that you started facing this problem?

    I got an eMachine who was 'slow' that my client wanted cleaned and accelerated. It is Vista Home Basic (without Service Pack yet) and has two users, an administrator and a Standard. Antivirus is Norton. The reason why it has been slow is that she only had installed 512 MB of Ram and a part of which was used by the video.     Another possibility is that the cables are loose. Remove ALL power, then make sure that the cables in both
    ends. Remove and replace, do not just tight. For laptops, you can often clean power and
    contacts data with a pencil eraser.

    Some DVD players do not use the Windows default drivers so check with the manufacturer of system and
    manufacturer of device to see if there is a firmware or drivers for your drive if necessary.
