  often these questions are also caused by security/firewall software which does not recognize and therefore blocks the new versions of firefox. If please delete all the rules of the program for firefox to your firewall and let it detect the new version of the browser again.

  This can be caused by corrupted cookies or cookies that are not sent or otherwise blocked.

  Clear the cache and cookies from sites that cause problems.

  In the previous version, and before I restarted, I had about 40 tablets (including the Cluster Tabs) open up whenever I started a browsing session. But now, I can't seem to control the size of the tabs, so they get less close I had?

  I have already downloaded "Vulcanize tabs" but is no help... I think it was a specific theme which allowed me to do this, but many of the topics do not work with this new version of Firefox.

  I think I'll have to wait until the themes are updated? Or, you have a better idea?

  Also...

  I want to get rid of 'X' on each tab and have only one button close the tab on the far right of my navigation tabs bar.

  To do what you want, you need to change some advanced settings.

  1. Open Firefox.
  2. Type of topic: config in the address bar.
  3. You see a warning message. Press on the I'll be careful, I promise! button to continue.
  4. In the filter text box, enter browser.tabs.tabMinWidth

  Comcast & Norton are already over 5 weeks of delay in the release of a compatibility update for Firefox 20.

  Norton being the update compatibility Firefox 20 for their retail security applications in the 2 hours 20 Firefox being out, my guess is that Comcast is a delaying the update for their version of 'brand' of Norton.

  It looks like a known issue reported here:

  There was a workaround solution posted, but I have not tested it myself. Here are the steps.

  1. Go to the Yahoo Messenger Options - change the window in the tab menu and press OK.
  2. Then go back and switch to the small window and press OK.

  The bug has already been fixed. So, you can download the beta version of FF 10 If this is a really important feature for you.
