• drop-down lists on the forms don't drop-down list

  I use Firefox 3.6.16 on Mandriva 2010.2 and for the last two months, the drop-down lists don't dropdown. I thought a patch would come out to fix it or it would be one of my modules cause. There was an update recently and it has not fixed. Today, I've disabled all addons and restarted, but still it does not allow me to make a choice with the mouse.

  There are many similar problems with FF4, but none of the solutions appear to be relevant.

  Anyone got any suggestions?

  < edit > I just disabled all the plugins too but still the same. What I noticed at the time, is that there seem to be two versions of Flash installed, but only the first shows under tools modules Plugins

  Problems with a menu drop-down does not not can be caused by an extension.

  Start Firefox in Firefox to solve the issues in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions of the origin of the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Modules > appearance/themes).

• Drop-down lists don't drop-down list in Firefox 5

  Since upgrading to Firefox 5, drop-down lists on Web sites, no longer drop-down list. They work OK in IE, Chrome, Safari, et al, and they worked in FF4 - simply no FF5.
  This seems to happen on all websites but I can't believe that something this blatant has not been noticed by someone else, so I think that something unique to my setup.
  I can't fill the box "It happened": the drop-down list does not work!

  Same problem here. Win 7 64 bit, after update to FF5 no Dropdown HTML more doesn't work. I try with all the addons disabled and with a new profile, nothing works for me.

• Position the Panel - no data - don't drop-down gray

  Version: Captivate 8.

  This morning my Position Panel Virgin.  Yesterday it worked fine.  I worked with position properties in projects in reagent and traditional yesterday afternoon.  The window drop-down list currently shows "Properties of Position" gray and cannot (although controlled and visible tab on the right).  No information shown in Position Panel for all types of projects EXCEPT responsive projects.  The control panel features of position well for existing and new projects of reactive nature.

  Actions:

  The CP is closed and reopened.

  Deleted the project cache and restarted my computer

  Open to new and existing non-responsive type projects to test availability.

  Search preferences with open projects and any open project.  I can't find an option controls the properties of Position function.

  Any suggestions?

  Board position only should be used for projects of a reactive nature, makes no sense for traditional projects.  I'm pretty sure.

  Position and the size of the objects in the normal projects are available in the Options tab of the properties panel, not in the Panel Position.

I tried to send a photo from my iPhone 6 s more to my Mac via AirDrop, but my Mac does not show my iPhone in the Finder and my iPhone also does not show my Mac. This could be a compatibility issue?   We understand that you want to send a picture from your iPhone to your Mac via AirDrop, but the devices do not see each other.

  The reason for this behavior is because of Mac model you are currently using. You have the MacBook Pro (mid 2009) will not meet the requirements to use Mac to Mac AirDrop, but to send or receive with an iPhone, the Mac must be a Yosemite 2012 or later running or a later version.

  After the Fusion 8 upgrade, I noticed that I can not drag and drop between Windows7 and MacOS (10.10.5)

  Once the update of Fusion to the 7 8 tools VMWare had to be installed... Once installed the two drag & drop began work and error starting Windows stopped... would have been nice to know to reinstall the VMWare Tools.

• How to get a water drop and rebound effect

I don't know if this effect is named, but I have a still image (a book cover) and I want it to appear in the frame (on top of the video) at the top, then bounce a bit, as if he were hitting the ground.   This kind of thing is best done in After Effects, but you can get a decent effect in Premiere Pro. You must manually animate the position of book cover to get the rebound effect. Think what a bouncing ball looks like when you bounce on the floor - each new position where the ball reaches its highest point is a little more close to the ground, and when it hits the ground is a little further away from the previous position (except if it bounces perfectly right from top to bottom). The time between logs positioned continuously decreases because the ball is short of energy.  For example, create a keyframe position for each new post of top-of-the-arc and each new position of contact with the ground.

  You will need to change the temporal interpolation of keyframes to include an ease in or deceleration, which is best and gives smoother animation.

  I have an AdvancedDataGrid (ADG) with the feature manually drag-and-drop in. The user can only and drag within one ADG. I do this in order to validate the elements that can be moved, and where they can be recessed. I ran into a problem, however. In my dragEnterHandler() replacement, I call DragManaged.acceptDragDrop () if the user drags an item on a valid element. However, be they don't drop off the item and continue to drag the element around the ADG and roll on an item that is not valid, there is no way to undo the drop.

  I thought about it... I use the itemRenderer to the dropIndex like the acceptDragDrop() target and add a dragDrop event handler/listener to the itemRenderer.

• Measurement of resistivity with MyDAQ on TEC ca

  I would like to ask for advice: we would like to measure resisitivity Peltier-elements. If we use the DC method, due to the cell voltage-Seebeck effect, we don't get the value of the true resistivity. The common method to use the measure of ca in the case of these devices.   Sounds like a good chance to learn more about these devices. In these conditions, I would do the same thing: try with what you have.

  A quick glance at the plug MyDAQ it is clear that the current of the AO is limited to 2 my. I probably set the zone of OCCUPATION for about 2 V and use 1000 ohms in series with the Peltier device. That will keep the current in the 2 limit my. Two lines of AI to measure the tension on fixed resistance and the Peltier device.  Then, you can calculate the unknown resistance.

  If you were doing a production test or did the measure with a DC bias, I advise to use a transformer to couple the AC component in the CC line. This becomes a little more complicated to implement, but has much to versatility.

  Please post after you have tried and let me know what you found.

• Shadows look too solid printing

  Designer newbie here with a question of drop shadow.  I'm working on a project using the photos with a white line vintage style squares and a drop shadow.  It looks great on the screen but I come back just one page of the printer and the shadows are much too solid-looking on the paper.  Almost looks grey boxes around the photo.

  This is a personal project and whenever I print, I have to go to the FedEx Office to pick it up, so I don't want to just play.  I hope you can help me.  How to look more subtle?  I tried to lower the opacity and they looked like just more light gray boxes around the photo.

  Here, Office of FedEx uses a few different brands of digital printers. And they have two ways to print, their own software and Acrobat. I never had great prints of their PPP software. Since Acrobat I, however. So I simply ask they do (and most of the time they do it anyway).

  I create files using the preset PDF/X-4 most of the time. Otherwise, I simply use the highest compatibility PDF version (if if the software I use PDF/X-4 or not in operation). My shadows come out as good as their different printers can print.

  Rob is correct. RGB is better for their printers if you are careful to stay in the range. Because this sort of thing I meant to printing at FedEx is not high-calibre (Hey, their practice, the only thing in their favor), I don't take the time to create RGB. They are circular quickie, flyers and other. Something of importance, I send to the local printer I used for eons.

  I just want to go D in order so that the new sequence will be:

  But when I do drag and drop it appears just beneath it.

• Problems with the files after upgrade of Sierra

  Installed at Sierra 10.12 4 days ago on my 2010 IMac running Lion 10.7.5 did not a specific backup on the hard disk running on time machine assumes that the last backup should be sufficient.
