No Active creative Cloud redemption code?

I bought a cloud creative well my school library and I took just to try and buy, download and install programs, but he says that my redemption code is not active. What I can do / who should I contact for this topic? (I have a Mac, if that makes a difference at all). Thanks in advance!

    I am a student of the Academy of Art University (SF, CA) online and I have trouble with my Adobe Creative Cloud membership renewal. I am in Italy at the moment and I'm on a Mac. I already followed all the steps, and I've already got my redemption code. Unfortunately when I insert it, the system says "this card has already purchased in a country that does not match the one specified on the Adobe ID" so I'm not able to go forward.

    Can I ask you a help with that?

  • Paid for creative cloud, No Code redemption, still wonder about buying Apps

    Hey! So, I'm a design student who decided to take advantage of the free 30 day trial of Dreamweaver, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. I downloaded and used all three for 30 days and then decided to buy the creative cloud. I bought the creative cloud under the price student $ 34.99 more tax last night. My order has been processed until one day or the other last night or this morning. So I paid for the creative cloud and he says I have, but all my office applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver and) always appear as before be bought... Am I wrong to buy the wrong thing? I received an email confirmation of payment and purchase. I never received a redemption code or anything beyond what I have mentioned.     Hello to all who can help you!

    I tried several times to install software install creative cloud, only to get the message:

    «We encountered the following problems: there seems to be a problem with the download process.» For troubleshooting tips, please visit our customer support page. (Error code: 201)

    I have read many many posts here and tried:

    Change my security settings to allow the download of applications

    Make sure that firewall is disabled

    Create a new administrator account to see if it would work

    Try another internet connection

    The programme of cleaner cloud creative (although there really was nothing to clean up)

    I keep going in circles and not can't understand something new to try. Looks like most of the people have solved their problems through some of the suggestions here, but if someone else has found another way to get creative cloud Setup to install correctly?

    I don't see much on the Adobe page itself on this particular error code, even if there is information on many others.

    IM on a Mac Book Pro running OS version 10.10.5 Yosemite

    I make you cookies or really do almost anything to get this problem solved!

    Hi, I bought a monthly paid version of Creative Cloud InCopy 2014. But I can't get out of trial mode. Tried repairing permissions, tried another (root) account, checked firewall, removed an antivirus program. It must be something on this iMac because I tested with the same account on a different computer and there it works fine. Specs are o.k.! Has had a long conversation and a long phonecall with Adobe helpdesk. They have taken over this iMac and also tried everything. Nothing. Is there a... Anything left to try? I really need InCopy to work on this computer! You would appreciate the help! Thank you!

    Hello, I had a problem installed the trial of some adobe programs I wanted with cloud creative worked well and when whas trial on I bought cloud creative adobe but when I connected and installed the programs I wanted to use it think that I don't have an activation key I checked several times if it active whas reainstalled creative cloud and also other programs that I wanted to use several times it's on my laptop and I also installed it on my desktop with the same account and I did not have a trial on my desk until I just installed the current version that I bought and it works well, but it does not work on my laptop with the excact same account

  • How to remove Active creative cloud free asset account?

    In my free CC active account, I have a few files that have been downloaded to CC app ipad (not an adobe application) and also a file which has been downloaded to active CC via Adobe draw. These files are in the "Files" section if my current account. I can't delete them, it does not even have the option to delete, only; (under actions) Download, archive, rename, replace.

    But... active under 'mobile creations' are able to be deleted, BUT also removes these from my mobile device at the same time (wow, talk about a system of "LOCKED") how people put up with this garbage.

    Any help with deleting these files would be greatly appreciated.

    It seems that many people have a problem with the update to the latest version of creative cloud. I am running Windows Professional 8.1, and the update stops at 5% and gives error code 1. When I search the support, the instructions should "Uninstall Creative Clout" and re-install. When I go to uninstall, I get the error "failed to d├⌐sinstaller creative cloud to desktop. You still have Creative Cloud applications installed on your computer in need. "I have 80% of installed Cloud Creative suite applications. Adobe is for real? I have uninstall Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Lightroom, InDesign, Illustrator, bridge, Acrobat, SpeedGrade, After Effects and about 5 apps I installed just to uninstall creative cloud?  It takes hours of work to uninstall, reinstall, re-installing all the preferences that have been customized in each app, FTP settings, etc, etc. Adobe, can you please just fix update CC, it seems, thousands of people have? Sorry if I look Smarmy but it's just a bit frustrating to spend half a day to recreate my work environment. Thank you!

    In fact, I rebooted my system to see if it would work and it totally fixed. Hope this helps anyone else having the problem.
