Adobe Creative Cloud Redemption Code
Hello
I am a student of the Academy of Art University (SF, CA) online and I have trouble with my Adobe Creative Cloud membership renewal. I am in Italy at the moment and I'm on a Mac. I already followed all the steps, and I've already got my redemption code. Unfortunately when I insert it, the system says "this card has already purchased in a country that does not match the one specified on the Adobe ID" so I'm not able to go forward.
Can I ask you a help with that?

My brother-in-law works for Adobe and it bought creative cloud for me and he sent me the redemption code to download. I live in the Japan and its telling me that it was bought in a different region. What should I do to redeem here. I tried to change my region in the United States and I don't think it works.

If this does not work, follow the steps below and check:
N ° 1)
Click on the Finder and search options listed next to icon located Apple in the upper left of the screen and click on the "Go" menu button and select 'utilities '.

Look for a CC Adobe and Adobe Application Manager folder under utility window and trash both folders.
Step 2)
Trash Adobe Creative cloud from Applications Eh well.

(2) you will get a text box, type in the following command and then press the 'return '. (Don't miss ~ symbol)
