No alert sounds

Hello

I have no sound alert mail coming in and out also when I plug the iPad into the outlet to charge there is no noise then. I looked at other sounds I can change but still not alert. Ringtone, I change my alerts and they work without problem.

If you are really running iOS 6, this may apply to you. I think that you have cut off system sounds.

This Apple support article explains how the switch side works and how it affects the system of sounds and the screen orientation lock.

    Try a reset...

Force restart your iPhone: tap on and hold the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons for at least ten seconds, until you see the Apple logo.

  • iOS 10 alert sounds

Is there a way to change the sounds of alert for individual applications?  Since the 10 update, all my alerts are the same, so I can't tell if this is a message from my husband's Facebook, or it's my turn to words with friends without looking at my phone.  There are a few options to change alerts, as for sending by e-mail and get a text, but it seems that all other applications are stuck with the same sound.

Go to settings > sounds and from there you can change various system and app notification sounds.

  • iPhone 6s more don't stop alert sounds

My 6 s iphone more continues to make sounds to alert even if there is nothing to report. No messages, no emails,

nothing on the notification Center, without badges.

I tried to disable notifications, hold the home and power at the same time buttons... nothing seems to work.

Only the do not disturb button seems to offer a peace of mind.

I had never experienced this before.

Everyone know the same question? This could be a bug?

    Any suggestions or advice?

    Thank you in advance.

PS The problem persists even with the do not disturb button on.

Usually it's the opposite - people don't get notifications that they should.  The only advice I have is a restart, forced to reboot, restore the backup of the form and finally restore as new - in this order:

  • Mail alert sounds

What could cause me to hear the alerts for only some incoming mail, but not for others? (I can't say I've really that weakened but it seems that the mail with no sounds are close friends and parents and individuals or the company that I don't receive alerts.)

Mail does not distinguish source of your mail.

The sound depends on your speaker volume and if you have all the other sounds coming out of these speakers of same - it can get lost in the mix.

  • New edition IPhone 6 more with the alert sounds all

Do not know what is happening, but my I-phone 6s more I cannot control the volume for all alerts.  It seems that it is maybe because I use a blue tooth headset. This version is only to send alerts to the BT headset?  If yes it is bad design. Alerts must go to the phone and vibrated on the helmet. Instead I have this phone doesn't send that any Blue Tooth device. So if your like me and don't have my ear piece at all times, you miss all the reviews.  Tell me that is not design but a bug that will be fixed soon.  For the record, I never had this problem with my Samsung Galaxy Android!

I do not believe that alerts should work this way.  If temporarily disable you pairing devices alerts then work as you would expect?  This article may help:

  • BlackBerry smartphones lost my default ringtones and alert sounds

    Question #2...

Recently, I swapped my small SD card for another.  During this process, it seems that all of my default ringtones and all sounds have disappeared.  They appear in the list of options available in the profile application, but I heard "dung dung dung" whenever I try to scroll in the list.

I have somehow lost them when I changed cards?

Is it possible to re - install?

    Thank you

    Chris

no no no, if you have ever moved the ringtones to the media card, they they are on the memory of the device, not the press card.

    I was just guessing.

    Thus, they are always there.

With the BlackBerry device powered time, remove battery for a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to restart.

    See if they work now.

  • Alerts & sounds of blackBerry Smartphones

    Hi all

    Here's a question for you...

I have sound/music as my ringtones... calls/sms/emails etc... When someone calls me the music don't play for about 10 seconds, while if someone sms/e mail me, music plays all the way to the end. Now, it's one thing to design of BB or I can change my length of sounds of the music/calls, so that she plays for more?

    Thank you very much

As a standard, most all carriers have a value default 15 seconds of ringtime until voicemail picks up.

If you do not need additional ring time before voicemail:

    1. The simplest method is to call your operator and ask a longer time of the ring, up to 30 seconds.
    2. If you have a GSM based phone, some have had success by calling that number from your phone: * 61 * XXXXXXXXXXX * 30 #.
    • Replace XXXXXXXXXXX with your carrier voicemail center number (find him looking at your phone dialer > Options > VoiceMail > access number.) Put your access instead of the Xs above number.
    • For example, the T-Mobile voice mail access number is 18056377243, and would therefore be the string to dial * 61 * 18056377243 * 30 #.
    • Replace the 30, the end of the string with your desired seconds. For most carriers, 30 seconds, it is the longest allowed.
  • Reminder alert sound for the voice message of blackBerry Smartphones

Is there a setting where I can have a beep or vibrate every 1-5 minutes when I get a voice message or a missed call, so I know (not counting the blinking led)?

It is not a setting in the operating system native, other that to your SMS messages to inform you audibly when you receive a message voice (your carrier VM notifications are sent by SMS). And who don't you like every five minutes.

For this function you will need BBAlerts of Handango.com
