No category of "Layout" in Insert
Hello. Why is there no provision in the instructions? I need this because I want to move the table anywhere I want. I use adobe dreamweaver 2015 CC (sorry for my bad English.)
Tables are not a good choice for page layouts. Nowadays, we use CSS layouts. Tables are suitable only for tabular data such as spreadsheets and of graphics.
To generate web pages, use Home Pages in DW. Go to file > new > templates starter... See screenshot.

DWCS6 cloud is not this menu.
There are a lot of differences between theDWCS6 and PCOC clouds, make sure any tutorial/book that you use is correct for the version of the program that you are running.

I build for mobile devices and desktop, and on the two page layout, I insert Facebook comment widget. When I publish, I realize that if someone comments on this same comment on Mobile device don't appear about Desktop. layout for the two widget I use the same "URL to comment". I want that all the comments they make on the same web site are displayed on the Desktop and Mobile available. If possible someone can help me.

When you create a muse of available phone create a new folder for phone layout and places pages. For an example of URL of home page for office layout will be yourdomain.com/index.html , but for the phone available, it will be yourdomain.com/phone/index.html
So, if in the presentation of phone if you check 'Current Page' comments will be placed to yourdomain.com/phone/index.html but not for yourdomain.com/index.html.
So now, you can try the following steps.
- Get access to the phone.
- The FB open comments widget options.
- Uncheck the "current Page".
- Enter the URL of the page Office inside of him and he will do the trick for you.

Why inserted pages go to end of e-book when you export?

I just started to learn InDesign, and I've been banging my head for days with that. It's probably something stupid, but I can't understand how to solve. And oddly enough I have not found someone else with the same problem.
I use InDesign CC on Windows 7.
This is the workflow that I used:
1 Add a MS Word by dragging and placing it on an InDesign document.
2. application of styles and al.
3. Insert a new page, on page 5 of the book (where I added later a table of contents), using the layout-> Pages-> insert Pages...
Export the ebook; The inserted page how the last page ends in the ebook.
I also tried to create the page using the Pages panel.
Any ideas?

If you create an EPUB file for the first time, there is a lot to learn. You must be consistent on the application of character, paragraph and object styles. A recomposable EPUB requires a continuous stream of linked in your text. Text boxes and other elements must be anchored to the text. If this isn't the case, you must use the Articles Panel to set the order of pages.
To learn about it, I highly recommend Anne-Marie Concepcion videos on creating EPUB from InDesign to Lynda.com. You can get a free subscription for the first week.

Change the layout of the form.
Hello.
I created a web application submitted visitor for the first time, so this may be a very simple solution that I'm not aware of.
I need the user to be able to edit their web application once logged into the secure area. I have everything set up and working very well except for the Edit function.
I {tag_edit} on the layout of the list and on the Edit page layout I inserted the web app entry form, but of course now... every time that the web application is "edited" (the form is completed) it creates a brand new web application for this user.
I would like to just update the web application for the first web application created info, not to add a new element of web application.
I hope someone can help.

You made a mistake here by adding the form of entry point web app in the layout of the edition. The layout of the edition is a separate form and you have overridden with add it again.
You AGE to reset edit available to return the edit form.
That change the format and the style you want, do not replace it with the add item form web app.

Where is the box "Start a new line" when adding to a div tag?
Since I have updated Dreamweaver, when I add a div tag I don't see the box "Start A New Row. The checkbox only I see is "Insert as an element of fluid". This option has been deleted or has been moved to a new location?

We have updated fluid grid 12.2 release of DW, as well as in CC version.
Unlike before, now DW intelligently recognizes when a fluid page is opened and the Structure category converts to the category fluid layout.
That is when it is inserted any item in the category of Structure on a fluid page, it will be inserted with light CSS to make it fluid, unless that other user tips.
The idea is to build support for almost all the structural elements as fluid elements, rather than just support Div as an element of fluid. Therefore, insert fluid Grid Layout tag Div has been removed.
Steps to insert a fluid element:
- Select Insert > layout.
- Select the item you want to insert. (that's to say Div or header or footer etc.) 3. in the dialog box that appears, enter a new class name, or enter a value for the code. The selected item is inserted on the page layout.
(4) to insert a fluid normal/no item uncheck the box "Insert as a fluid element" check box in the previous dialog box.
Now to answer the second part of your concerns "the box"Start A New Row"missing."
All elements inserted on a fluid page, start on a new line by default. If the user wants to place the item in the previous row, then is possible by clicking on the button "Move up a line" who arrives on the FG HUD element, after the insertion of this element.

You got to roll. For v5.6.1 Pages:
- Menu display: See page layout
- Insert a text box and enter the Word project in there.
- Select the project, choose your policy and the evolution of the text box to accept a pt 200 or less the size of font.
- Select the text box
- Organize the tab: 45 ° rotation and align: Center.
- In the Style tab, set your opacity of the project to 50% or less
- Organize the menu: Section Masters: move objects to Section Master
- Your project will be sent in the background and will appear on all pages

InDesign doc page 2 becomes the last page in epub (ADE)
I tried a lot of things.
Layout > pages > insert pages > after page 1.
In InDesign CC
I have the text of the "Table of contents" on this new added page 2 what is the white page I inserted.
When I export to ADE, this text of the Table is the LAST page in the ePub.
Someone suggested that it may have to do withh how my text boxes are connected.
I looked in the documentation and I looked in all the menus, but I am unable to find out how to solve this problem.

I thought a work around which in fact gas sense teach but intuitively, I think it is should be easy to PAGEs VIRGINS of INSERT in the middle of an .indd and easily put ON these new images to those who are above and below using the IN PORT and OUT PORT.
How I solved this problem.
I have NOT add new pages.
I COPIED the text - "My Table of contents" exactly under the title of my book.
Because the copied text is placed in a already existing and threaded a framework

Imagine that I put on the limits of table to the following folder:

But in the table, I should be able to establish a limit on any node in the tree. For example, insert a record for id = 100, then set it to a limitation of 2. The limitation is not an account on descendants, there is a limitation in the level.

If a node has 100 direct descendants (children) at level + 1, and the limitation is level + 2, it must return all nodes. The limitation is the depth of a given node.

I did a search on the forums, google and read the faq of DW, but I couldn't find the option.
As Mylenium says, you can use the text from the Insert panel/bar category. Also use Insert > HTML > special characters.

Can index & TOC flow with surrounding text?
As some of you know, I am busy converting a software of 200 pages manual, who has lived in MS Word for a decade in the code. Had all there today, thanks to you all here and am making great progress. Yesterday, I cleaned all the index entries, and began to experiment with the creation of an index and a table of contents. Seems like ID really want them as separate stories, so we can replace them automatically when you want to update things. And this brings me to a question - is there a way to get the index and table of contents to move with the surrounding text?
To make this clear, I've got 20 chapters, flow all part of the same text. When I add a point somewhere, everything moves, which is what I want. Can I get the table of contents and the index to do, too? You nest a block of text inside another? I see how to do this with a simple text block but not with a series of threaded images. Also, to make this fun a little more, I want the index to be formatted in two or three columns, risk the rest of the book, in a column.

In my view, a TOC frame in the text in the main story of anchorage only works for an image. Not sure, then go ahead and try, but I think that you cannot link anchored frames to each other. It would be a trick if it worked, however.
I think you use direct (not template frames). This means that every image on every page "belongs" to the page. So, if you delete a page, the image on this page is deleted with it, but the text gets just pressed on the next page. Similarly, you can delete just the frame of a page and the text in this frame is pushed to the next section of the string. The only time you lose the text where is if you delete a frame that is not related to another image. If you * add * pages, they have no frames on them.
If you have two choices. If you want to keep everything stated as it is but add pages for the table of contents, you can simply insert new pages (make them appropriate masters, or use the Layout > Pages > insert Pages). You will get empty pages and you can fill them with the FAKE story.
If you want to keep the number of pages, but text reflow to take into account the table of contents, you can remove frames currently on the table of contents pages and fill them with story TOC frames. Afterwards, you will probably need to add pages (or at least frames) at the end of the book to correct the excesses caused by the removal of frames.
Whatever it is, when you are finished, you will have a main story that begins on page 1, continued from (say) 3 pages, jumps from 4 pages for the table of contents and then continues on page 9. If you select the view > show text Threads and choose an image, it will show you how the text strings from the frame to the frame.
It is also possible to throw TOC frames directly on executives from the main story and use skin to get the text of the main story off the underlying frames, but this seems messy to me and looks like a recipe for confusion and accidentally connecting executives incorrectly.

I'm launching SQL queries on the table in this topic.
I want to write a SQL query that returns me the name of a topic (s) and the number of blog_post (s) associated with the topic in descending order of the number of blog posts created in July.
Can someone please help me to write this query?

Hi, hope I can explain this clear enough, I looking a fair bit but that you have not yet found the answer to this question.
Is it possible to insert a picture in the individual product - small layout to indicate that a particular product belongs to a specific category and the main category will be in the. For example, I have a bunch of items, all belong to a summer-flowering, winter-flowering or flowering in the spring, but some of them can be marked as very fragrant. If the product belongs to the very fragrant, I wish I could display it visually as icon on the small_products layout. Is this possible? I could not find anything that allows me to do it, or find anything that tells me I can't do it.

Yes but will need some work and "always do".
Some can post here a few javascript solutions or say it is not possible, but you can do the following...
You have this product - {tag_catalogueid}
This will make the ID of the product catalog that is currently displayed in.
If your on summer flowering catalog url then this will make the ID for that, otherwise it is something else.
You can see what is the ID of a catalog, when you view it in the admin - it's in the URL.
What you can do, is to have a picture in the tag like this...
and ensure that you have an image with this filename for each catalog and a catalog (catimg - 213213.jpg) id and you then you would you want to do.
