Then my computer got a virus and I had to have my deleted computer so the game was installed is no longer. now I am trying to install again, but the problem is that I have more the product key.   are you just had a connection problem on site (is still available online) ?

  -You can buy the collection of AOE 3 to the Humble store, or steamed, but it's a bit expensive atm.

  You would have to buy it again.  The key is what you pay in the software, the disks are free, so to speak.  It is because this software is licensed, not sold.  The key is the proof that you are authorized to use the software.

  If you have your proof of purchase (receipt or credit card statement), you can probably go back to the store you bought originally and get free replacement. Policies very well store.
