  Like many users, I started only problems with Firefox since the onslaught of updates began. For the most part, they disappeared with newer versions, or are minor annoyances.

  MY PROBLEM: When I use the middle button of the mouse to open a link, it now opens the link to the top in two separate tabs. This started after the upgrade to version 29 only and did not immediately (perhaps a few days). I just updated to 29.0.1, who did nothing with regard to the question of fixing.

  Thanks for the replies. An update since then has actually fixed all the problems except one. Now I'm trying to get the downloads to open in a tab, but only an extension seems to fix this...

  Hi X04p2n! I had the same problem! I was not able to scroll with the scroll thing (dunno what it's called) in note either. Just, I went on the site and downloaded the correct drivers for my mouse and it works since.

  With her, I was able to implement a rule that when the 'LabVIEW.exe' application is active, to make the middle mouse button simulate pressing CTRL + space to open the quick menu.  The Middle click has not been used for anything anyway.  Also, I have set up my buttons previous and next to scroll left and right, but I do only rarely that I think I can try to do something else with it.  You can put up to a cancellation and again (as long as you make a key CTRL + SHIFT + Z for redo) If you think you might like that.

  Honestly, the hardest thing for me is to determine what I want these additional functions to do.  Undo redo is not bad but my left hand is on the keys to my house most of the time anyway, I sorta want it to do things that are normally more efforts.

  EDIT: A logic agree but not very hard to do now, is I mapped my back and forward for CTRL + wheel.  Does that mean it is when I'm in a case structure or structure of the event, by pressing back and moves forward to the previous case or in a structure of multiple cases.

I would like to run the code inside while loop and to have a Boolean flag saying if the mouse button is pressed or not. The code inside so that the loop should run all the time.

  I'm a super newb to Labview, but not to programming (who for years, C++ etc...)

  I have a project that I'm trying to do that I hope someone can point me to some tutorials or something.

  The idea is that I want to be able to press the left button of the mouse and a dial start to turn.  It will then stop when I release the mouse button.  I intend to put a "indiator" randomly around the dial where the user must stop, but not until they start by pressing the button.

  Attached, this is my code so far.  Very basic for some experts like you guys, but it's my first try at Labview.

  When you use the "Aquire Input Data" Vi in labview. Only 4 mouse buttons are able to be read. I have a mouse with more than 4 buttons. Anyone have any ideas on how to address the issue. I watched do visa driver but then he removes the windows driver and I stopped there. Do not know why they were limited to 4. VI "Queries input devices" shows that the mouse has eight buttons. A game joystick allways type displays all buttons. I bought the mouse specially for the application, but did not check the vi that I usually use a multibouton joystick.   After the last update, the left mouse button no longer works, I contacted HP who says that it is Micorosfts question.  When I asked the representative of the conversation, only not HP uses Microsoft Windows HP computer and said that if there is an update then also that Microsoft is responsible as well as HP as HP uses Microsoft products in the computer.  So, apart from that, I have not got absoblutly no supported.  I restored my computer to an earlier time.  Once more the left button of the mouse does work, so now, in this sense.  Microsoft since it is the problem of software due to the update you gave, apart from making a full recovery on my computer, are there updates to counter what had made the last update?

  Have you tried following this http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315539 kb and the removal of all drivers (even the most 'ghosts' or greyed out) for the mouse who is or has been on your system? Sometimes, there is a driver that conflicted with the new that can cause this problem.
