  Thank you for using communities Support from Apple. After reading your post, I understand that notification sounds do not play while the screen of your iPhone is locked.   It is by design. When you watch unlocked (that is, you wear it) and the phone is in standby mode, all notifications will be directed to your watch instead of the phone survey. Custom notification sounds are not played on the watch.

  Hey there. I seem to be in the same situation as you are. I worked through the issue for the last 20 minutes with a friend, and I was wondering if you happened to run a Mac that has been upgraded to Mac OS Sierra as well.

  I went through a bit of a process of elimination. I rebooted my iPhone 7 more, restarted my iPad Pro and rebooted my Mac, and then began to close the other devices one by one.

  Turns out that when my iMac with Sierra installed was on, this is when my iPhone Plus 7 missing notifications.

  I understand that you are more alert audio audition for Gmail or Outlook on your iPhone. I know it's nice to be updated to new alerts without having to see your iPhone, so I'm happy to help you.

  To begin, check that you can hear other sounds on your iPhone and alerts. This article contains information on how to check that:

  If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch speaker - Apple Support
  

  1. Go to settings > sounds and drag the slider to Ringer and alerts to increase the volume.
  2. If you hear the sound from the speaker, follow the rest of these steps. If you hear no sound from speaker, contact Apple technical support.
  3. If your device has a ring/silent switch, make sure it's set to ring. (If you see orange, your device is configured for silent).
     
  4. Restart your device.
  5. Open an application that has the music or sound effects. Adjust the volume with the volume buttons or the slider in theControl Center.
  6. Go to settings > Bluetooth and turn Bluetooth off. Then, check the sound back.
  7. Plug in a headset. If you can hear the sound in the headphones, remove it, then clear any dust or debris from making headphones to your device.
  8. If your device is in a case, make sure that the case does not block the speaker.
  9. Use a brush to gently clear all debris from the enclosure and lightning connector (or 30 dock connector pin). The brush should have soft, clean and dry hair.
  10. Update your device to the latest version of iOS.

• Cannot respond to messages from the Notification Center on iPhone 7

  I got the new iPhone Plus 7 and I cannot respond to messages from the Notification Center more. Whenever I have to swipe left to answer, it only gives me the opportunity to clear the message. I don't think that it is the new update because I had downloaded iOS 10 on my iPhone 6 and I was still able to respond to messages from the Notification Center very well. Anyone else having this problem or knows what to do? I looked to see if there is a setting I'm missing somewhere, but I can't find anything.

  Also, whenever I get a Notification of banner, sometimes they just hang there up until I drag them away. This isn't a huge problem, of course, but it's kind of annoying. I think it's maybe the iOS because he did on my old phone when I've updated as well. Thanks in advance for any help!

From what you have said, the difference between your iPhone 6 and iPhone 7 is that your iPhone 7 uses the 3D touch functionality to respond to notifications on screen lock and in the Notification Center.   I backed up my iPhone 6 and restored then the backup of my new iPhone 7. The only feature that seems to be 'missing' are the news interactive Notifications in iOS10.

  When I swipe to the left of any notice of my lock screen (whether they are always locked or unlocked by TouchID), the only option to appear is clear. It is reportable in the absence of notice. So, I have to enter the application to meet an iMessage or similar to other applications.

  I checked the following parameters:

  • Press ID and password > access when they are blocked > all permits
  • Notifications > Messages > all permits with banners

  I am not sure if I missed something or if it is a bug.

  As I said, it worked properly on my iPhone 6, and I can always contact notifications in this way by the banners, but not from the Notification Center or the lock screen.

  I also tried to compare my settings from my iPhone 6 to my iPhone 7 and everything seems to fit. I also tried to toggle the settings that I listed above.

  This was one of my favorite features of iOS 10, so you can imagine that I can't wait to make it work properly.

  After talking with @AppleSupport on Twitter, I discovered that it is because the 7A 3D so that iPhone Touch iPhone 6 does not. Left of the slide and view option is now the same as the use of 3D touch on the notification.

  It looks like that your phone application is not updating your missed call notifications once you check them. Try forcing him to quit the application in double pressing the Home button.   badge iPhone app notification will not clear. The version of the software 6 using iphone 9.3.5. The phone application will not erase the last badge referring to a message I've ever listened to and deleted. The problem started after updating iOS version 9.3.4 and continues with 9.3.5. Research on possible solutions, apparently this has been a recurring problem with the iPhone over the past years.  Possible solutions included notification of closure when it pops up, restart the iphone, update to the latest version of iOS, activating / disabling the group by App.  I had to disable notifications from app badge hoping that Apple will provide a solution. In the meantime his is going to be a pain not having not not available visual notification.
