"NO PROGRAM IS INSTALLED ON THIS COMPUTER.
Hello
I am new to Microsoft Community and a novice computer to start, yet I own one. Recently, my problem started when I found a website offering free 'on-line' TV watching the series. This Web site is at the opening of all sorts of adds, while the video plays, forcing them to keep closing adds. One of them adds somehow, for a video program downloaded by mistake, and since then, my problems started.
As soon as I realized my mistake, I went into the control panel of, and under "Programs and features", I deleted unwanted programs. When I went to open Google Chrome again, there was another page welcoming me, which is: "Qone8". I closed it immediately and is returned to the control panel to remove this program and found an empty page, and the following message to it: "No. PROGRAMS ARE INSTALLED on THIS COMPUTER" and at the bottom of the page, it is said: "currently installed programs: Total number of bytes 0 .
How can I get rid of the Qone8 on my computer please, and could someone explain to me what happened to the missing programs please? Thanks in advance
Sincere greetings from a hot in South Africa

You were seriously attacked with some malware bad.
You have to completely reformat your computer and reinstall Windows and all your programs. And all your data from the backups you do periodically.

MacBook will not be upgrading to El Capitan - "cannot be installed on this computer.
I'm trying to upgrade a macbook to El Capitan but I get this message from the app store: "this version of Mac OS x 10.11 cannot be installed on this computer."
If I click on "Learn more" nothing happens. We just bought this macbook off ebay and it seems to have had a clean operating system installed and I just ran the update of the program, so everything is up to date.
This is a Macbook 4.1, Intel Core 2 duo 2.4 ghz, 2 GB of memory. It is currently running 10.6.8.
I searched the forums and online and see no reason why it won't even download the update... Any help would be appreciated!
This computer has a 32-bit EFI and cannot be updated past 10.7.5.

A later version of the Apple software update is already installed on this computer.
Recently, I had a new iPhone 5, so I had saved my old iPhone 4 with iTunes so I could transfer all my information. But when I connected my iPhone 5 it came with this message: "the"Rachel's IPhone"iPhone cannot be used because it requires a newer version of iTunes. Go to www.itunes.come to download the latest version of iTunes. " The iPhone 5 is iOS9.2
So, I went on the website to download iTunes, since this was the 12.1.2 version and should be downloaded 12.3.2, went to do the implementation, then it came with the message: "a later version of the Apple software update is already installed on this computer." So, I tried to uninstall it (after each step on the Apple Support to do) but when I went back to uninstall all apple programs, I could not find "Apple Software Update", it wasn't in my programs...
I did all the steps anyway, and the same message of "a later version of the Apple software update is already installed on this computer." came after I tried to reinstall iTunes.
So, I guess my overall question is, what should I do? How can I fix?
Please answer quickly.Try to repair the Apple Software Update of the programs and features Panel, remove it and then reinstall iTunes.
For general advice, see troubleshooting problems with iTunes for Windows updates.
The steps described in the second case are a guide to remove everything related to iTunes and then rebuild what is often a good starting point, unless the symptoms indicate a more specific approach.
Review the other boxes and other support documents list to the bottom of the page, in case one of them applies.
More information area has direct links with the current and recent buildings if you have problems to download, must revert to an older version or want to try the version of iTunes for Windows (64-bit-for old video cards) as a workaround for problems with installation or operation, or compatibility with QuickTime software or a third party.
Backups of your library and device should be affected by these measures but there are links to backup and recovery advice there.

Thank you!!
Bart,
Outlook Express must be installed with Windows XP by default. If you go to Start, then all programs , it should be in the list. Let us know if you need assistance, but it should be there.

If the license for Windows 7 Professional, you have access to is a retail version update or complete, you can use the product key and the Express upgrade from Windows 7 Home Basic to Windows 7 Professional. First of all, check that the edition of Windows 7, you are upgrading is already enabled (if it isn't, you will encounter complications and that you might start all by performing a clean installation). Click Start, type Anytime Upgrade, click on the option enter a key, enter the key of Windows 7 Professional on demand, click Next, wait while checking the key, accept the license agreement, click on upgrade, wait while the software upgrades, (it may take 10 minutes or more depending on the if updates are required) your computer restarts automatically, after the reboot, Windows 7 will notify you updating the computer, the computer will restart once more automatically and will be completed the upgrade, a window will appear notifying the upgrade was successful and your computer is ready to use, click Close, you should be upgraded to Windows 7 Professional your files, programs and settings retained.

I wonder if my Macbook must be sent to the trash since I can no longer get updates to the OS. I have 10.6.8. When I try it tells me that they will not be installed on this computer. It works fine but I do not receive security and other software updates any more. What can I do?
The computer has a value for someone who does not have a new OS X and does not use
the last iDevices; Thus the old app from iTunes and stuff would be a good deal, as it is.
Without more information on the model number and build year, propose any later version
OS X update (because there may be one or two; if nothing shows up on the Mac App Store)
However, without more information, such as the about this Mac can show you the
Details on my side that are not lacking.

Where is my VMWare
My attempts to run VMWare player v4 ends by, "VMWare player cannot be installed on this computer. VMWare player requires not on your CPU. "See the notes product for hardware and software configurations specific. VMWare player v4 has been previously on my computer which, for about a month, has not if used causes of unemployed in the city. When I went to use the PARALLEL machine, it wasn't there. I went to the website and charge VMWare player v4 and tools for this. The above message appears with a reading of Kael'thas window, it of a FLP file and needs internet to find a site to open it. I downloaded Free File Viewer that gave no results. I'd be happier than a pig in the cool mud to fix this problem. Thank you for any assistance.
Looks like a BIOS setting may have changed (in terms of virtualization).
Unlikely a Windows problem.
Uninstall VMware Player. Restart the computer. Download the latest version of VMware Player (save to your computer) and install it. Restart the computer. Try to run it.

We are running Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit (using VMware View 6.1) virtual work stations and the connection of users to a printer Xerox 4 Type driver/file being hosted on a Windows R2 server in 2012. The driver on the server is listed as "Xerox WorkCentre 7970 V4 PCL6" and when the user of Windows 7 connects the driver appears as "Microsoft enhanced driver compatibility point and print. In the "Print Management" client Win7, it appears as the 6.3.9600.17415 version
The Printer works fine during their Windows session, they disconnect you and when they connect in the print queue is still there but when you right click and go to "Printer properties", he throws the following error
"The printer driver ' improved point and print compatibility Microsoft driver" is not installed on this computer. " Some printer properties will be unavailable, unless you install the printer driver. You want to install the driver now? »
Deleting the queue and then add it again resolves the problem for Windows session, you're.
Note: we use Persona management of VMware to save data from the user profile of the disconnections from the virtual offices are non-persistent. I've been able to reproduce this in Windows 7 using a virtual office, I can't reproduce it on my physical Windows 7 machine.
We get around this by using Group Policy and a vbs script to delete the queue on logoff, then another script to add back on logon, but it's just a band-aid.
In addition, a Type 3 driver works fine in all of disconnections but we need the Type 4 driver in this case.

Card is either off or no Ethernet card Ethernet is installed on this computer
Today I lost full use of my wireless router. I realized when I've upgraded to Windows 8 I forgot to reinstall the software for my wireless router netgear.
So I'm going to install and it says ' card is either off or no Ethernet card Ethernet is installed on this computer. I went on their site, there is no clear indicator that my router is compatible to Windows 8. My Netgear router is a N-300 (WNR2000v2).
I also tried access http://192.168.1.1 but it doesn't show up.
Does anyone have any suggestions.
is not the gateway 192.168.0.1?
From your desktop
Right-click of the network connection icon in the notification bar
Select open network and sharing Center
in the left navigation pane, select change adapter settings
That should tell you if it is installed or not. If it's disabled right-click on it and select Enable.
Hope that helps you

Hi all
I get the following message is displayed:
Waiting-tools that the requested operation cannot be performed because the VIX is not installed on this computer. Please install VIX if you want to use this feature.
The thing is that the VIX is installed, I even reinstalled PowerCLI including VIX (get the warning that will be installed).
I'm running PowerCLI (PowerGUI) on a Windows 2008 R2 64-bit server.
Are there more people who stumbled upon this problem and is there a solution to this?
You can try this client PowerCLI 32-bit on this computer.
VIX is 32-bit only I'm afraid.

I need to install Microsoft NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1, as it is necessary to perform a Dell diagnostic Test, but I've been advised that: Setup has detected that this computer does not meet the requirements to install this software. Requirement: Windows install 3.1.
However, when I look at the download page of Windows Installer 3.1 is not actually as for XP with SP3. I tried anyway and: Setup has determined that the version of Service Pack for this system is newer than the update you are applying. There is no need to install this update. Well actually it is there...
Is there a way to get around this?

How can I determine if a non-LabVIEW windows program is installed on a computer?
I would like to know how to generate a true/false condition, based on the question of whether a program is installed on a target computer. I have a few applications that must adjust with their features, based on the computer on which they are installed, so I just need to keep a version of the code. The first stage of the program would be to check the program files (x 86) program or the registry to determine if the program is installed. The result will move to the next step, which is that if the program is not present, then is a specific GPIB device attached? I think I can determine that in trying to initialize the device and reading a cluster of error. What I have a problem with is to determine if a program related non - National Instruments is installed on the target computer. Any direction toward the solution is greatly appreciated.
